East Atlanta Animal Clinic

Within minutes of meeting the East Atlanta staff, my painfully shy senior dog was pretty much cuddling with them -- something she's never done with anyone but me! Quite a departure from our past vet experiences. Dr. Ellard mapped out a long-term plan for addressing my dog's Cushing's disease that will not only improve and lengthen my dog's life, but which I can afford without giving up food and shelter. I only wish I'd known about this place sooner. The entire staff is first-rate and not only animal friendly, but animal enthusiastic. There aren't even words to express how happy I am with my experience at East Atlanta Animal Clinic. I'll be referring friends, to be sure.

I am so grateful to a co-worker who referred me to East Atlanta Animal Clinic when I got my chocolate lab puppy. It was easy to get an appointment and the vets and staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone I have met there clearly truly loves animals. About 6 weeks ago, my puppy became very ill. Dr. Ringstrom, in particular, went above and beyond to take extremely good care of him and was available any time I had a question. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at EAAC, he seems to be fully recovered from what could have been a fatal illness. I wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else!

I've been going to EAAC for 2 years now, and I have never had a bad experience. All the doctors got together and tried to figure out what was causing my dog to have constant diarrhea for over a month. They ran several test and even had a mobile ultrasound doctor come to their clinic to see what might be going on. While having the ultrasound we also found out she had a bad heart. Without having the ultrasound we would of never known about her heart. We did the treatments suggested by the doctor, and now she is a happy and healthy 12 yr old dog and on heart medicine to keep her in our lives for alittle more time. Thank you to all the doctors and staff for helping me with my sweet girl while she was sick. I will continue bringing her and my other dogs to you as long as your open.

I have been bringing my pets to East Atlanta Animal Clinic for the past 4 years and have been very pleased with their level of service and compassion. Unfornately they are not an emergency clinic. Therefore they may have to refer you elsewhere if it is in your pet's best interest. I had to take my dog to an emergency clinic and East Atlanta called me the following day to make sure my dog was ok. They truly care!

Don't take your pet in near "closing time". Granted, I didn't have an apt., but living near-by and considering I felt I had somewhat of an emergency with my dog throwing up and lethargic - they made NO effort to help me, as their staff pointed to the clock reminding me they closed in 15 minutes. I couldn't even get a vet. to give me 2 minutes of her time ! Terrible service.and the front office staff need training in customer service. Go elsewhere.
