Great Bosch Dishwasher Repair
After submitting an email contact request, I received a very prompt call back and got an appointment to meet my schedule. Ken was on time and did a great job. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and instead of replacing the entire control board, he was able to repair it saving me a few hundred dollars and time. He had the dishwasher up and running in less than 1 hour. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I feel very confident recommending his services!

Trustworthy, Fair Repair!
Ken came to fix my GE fridge a couple of weeks ago. I sent in an email service request Sunday night and received a call early the next morning! Ken came right out and diagnose what he thought the problem was and repaired the fridge. Turned out the first diagnosis wasn't correct so he tried another solution. I was worried I was going to have to end up paying for 2 services, but he actually refunded me the difference between the 2nd solution (the cheaper one) and the 1st (the more expensive solution). Talk about fair! Ken is fast, prompt and knows his stuff. If you need any appliances that need to be repaired don't bother calling anyone else I'm glad I didn't!

Fast Service, Fair Price
I called East Cobb Appliance Service to repair my dryer. I called at 11 am and luckily Ken arrived at 4:30 pm on the same day. After taking the dryer apart, he figured out what was wrong. He had the part on the truck and the repair was done in 30 minutes. Ken is the owner and works hard to get the job done.
Some other people were complaining about the service. Click on their other reviews and look how they complain about everything. You have to remember that Ken does not have every appliance part on his truck. Most parts are specialized and have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer.
Overall, great service and I would recommend to others.

Excellent Service
After being taken advantage of for a repair of our Viking refrigerator, Ken stepped in and saved the day! I would recomend East Cobb Appliance Repair to anyone and know you will get on time and trusted service. I will keep their number for all my future appliance repair needs!

Would never use again
I had a problem with my GE profile dryer. It was obvious to me as soon as he arrived that he had no idea how to trouble shoot the problem. He blamed it on GE and the product. I paid $60 for nothing and only ended up calling an authorized GE repairman which I should have done from the start. I'm sure I'll pay a lot more for the service and repair but at the moment I'm out $60 for nothing.
