Eastake Village Veterinary Clinic

After visiting Dr. Bischel's clinic our dog has finally been able to sleep soundly all night. The receptionists made us feel very welcomed and the staff was wonderful. The groomers made our dog look like a princess. We drove an hour to get there but will gladly do it again. This clinic has won our hearts and loyalty. I highly reccommend Eastlake Village Vet Clinic

We live in the area and had been taking our pets to another vet until a friend recommended Eastlake. The experience at Eastlake was the best ever. Dr Bischel was very kind, thorough and compassionate. She does not believe it taking short cuts when it comes to her medical approach. Her staff was courteous and even walked us to our car to help with the pets! I have read the negative reviews and people should know that people flat out lie. I would say don't judge but see for yourself. Everybody I have sent has been thrilled with everything at Eastlake Vet!

We have been going to Eastlake Village for many years now and we have always received great, courteous service. Our pets have had different procedures and treatments and Dr Bischel has always been right on with her diagnosis and treatments. She is thorough and our pets come out happy and wagging their tails. If they are there for grooming they smell great for weeks! Staff is very helpful and always willing to help with anything. Even carrying dog food bags out to our car. We have referred many friends and co-workers to Eastlake and their experience has been just as great. I think the persons writing negative reviews on this clinic or the staff may have issues themselves or they are reviewing the wrong clinic. They are a busy clinic but we never feel like a number there. Our children even get candy and coloring books from Dr Bischel! I would encourage anybody to see for themselves. Our family and pets love this place and the entire staff. We would never think of going anywhere else. They are the best!!!

Absolutely WORST Vet I have ever been to. The wait time has always been at least 45 mins to an HOUR past the scheduled appointment time, but the place was convenient and I had been taking my kitties there since they were little so I put up with it. This last time was the final straw. The valley girl receptionist told me I could drop the cats off and leave them there for an hour. I show up 15 minutes early and they inform me that I can't do this, that I needed to pay 15 bucks per animal to "board" them, and that this would extend the amount of time I would have to wait to almost 3 HOURS! I informed the receptionist that this was not what I had been told over the phone. She scowled at me and disappeared into the back for 10 minutes. She came back up and told me I was out of luck. So I told them fine, I would wait there despite having made plans to have lunch with a friend who was only in town that afternoon. The doctor finally comes in and is immediately hostile after asking me how I was. I obviously responded "not too happy with the service today." She then proceeded to tell me I "Needed Help!!" and that I was a horrible person and that it was people like me that made her only get along with animals. Classic. It's obvious why this woman only gets along with animals, because she has ZERO customer service or people skills. After telling her to examine my animals and get the visit over with, she continued to be combative and manhandled my cat.
