Please save yourself from torture
I bought two $1000 Lucas leather sofas from the store in Tustin market place, which were the most expensive items they had. They told me they were of very high quality. Within 2 months, the back started crumbling, color was fading, stitches started coming out. I called out the store and customer service numerous times and after 2 months of countless conversations and visits to the store, they send someone to check it. After one more month they took one sofa for repair and did such a shoddy job that the back seats were uneven and started making noise.Then, we started using the 2nd sofa we had as the primary one in the meantime, and the same story repeated. I went to the store, called customer service numerous times and no one used to pick up the phone. They gave me the number of 'Julian' who is the head of Customer Service and I called him around 50 times with no luck. Finally I had to yell at the store manager to get someone in customer service to call me.Now they say that they will replace the 2nd sofa which is very 'generous' of them. I spoke with the manager Gene of Tustin store. I told them even the new sofa is not going to last as the problem is with the basic build quality of the sofas and I want my money back. I even had severe back issues and had spent almost $1000 on medical bills. They don't seem to care.Please learn from my experience and save yourself the torture and the trauma by not buying furniture from these stores. I'm writing this after a year of wasted time and torture dealing with these guys. And please spread the word to make people aware of these scam artists.

Do not shop at easy life furniture store! you will regret it
I have had the worst customer service experience in my life with easy life furniture. It has been three weeks of hell after I made my purchase. No one seems to be taking any kind of responsibility for my furniture not being delivered . Toni and the Los Angeles district manager will not call me back.In my case: They could not deliver a couch up my stairs because they ( a contracted delivery service) did not have the proper equipment. I called Easy Life Furniture (Northridge, CA) and they told me they would schedule another delivery date with another company who would be ""equipped"" to make the delivery. One week later Easy Life Furniture has the nerve to send back the exact same two people with once again nothing in their hands. They didn't even take the couch off the truck this time because the delivery guys knew it wouldn't fit up the stairs. What did Easy Life Furniture expect would happen if they sent the exact same scenario to my door step!? Even the delivery men told me ""I have no idea what we are doing here. I told them it wasn't going to fit"". There is obviously a miscommunication with Easy Life Furniture and the Company they hire to make delivery's. So The guys leave and tell me the only way they can deliver it is by using a hoist (exact same thing they told me last time). They said their delivery company would charge $145.00 extra to use a hoist. I am so frustrated at this point So I said OK I will pay it. I tell Easy Life Furniture that i will pay for them to use a hoist just to get this thing done and Easy Life Furniture tells me the delivery company said ""they could not use a host to deliver the couch"". They blatantly lied to me and neither party would take any kind of responsibility for what they had said to me. Out of more frustration i said ""I'm tired of all this professionalism can you please just drop the couch off in my garage and i will figure it out myself!"" This is the best part, After I gave up and said ""fine just

No complaints here.
I was a young professional getting my first ""solo"" apartment (no roommates). So I got a living room set from EasyLife: a couch, a ""love-seat"", a chair, 2 endtables, coffeetable. The price was quite low at $999 for the 6 pieces, and no interest for 18 months. Alright, it is no-frills furniture, but it is new and clean, and comfortable enough! I think there may have been a scratch on one of the endtables. OH NOES!!!11 I mean, i barely notice it. Anyway, eighteen months went by and then I paid $999 in a lump sum. I'm overall rather happy with the whole experience.

My experience was really pleasant and easy...
My mom and I just moved back to the valley and easy life really help us put together 3 rooms of stuff. We got a new bedroom set for my mom that is absolutely gorgeous, a dining table and buffet and a new sectional. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the fabric and kind of wood/how to clean. The delivery service men were within the time given, efficient and polite. I would def recommend checking the store out if you need stuff. There prices are truly very good, you can compare for yourself.

Rude Manager: Terrible Customer Service
2-3 weeks ago my wife placed an order for an entertainment unit. Her credit card was charged. We are still waiting for the unit. My wife called the store and spoke to some clerk who told her, ""things fall off ships sometimes"" as an excuse as to why the product we paid for still had not been shipped.My wife spoke to the manager who told her she would call us back with information. She did, 3 days later and had NO INFORMATION because whomever she needed to talk to was not available.I told her she had until tomorrow to get us an acceptable answer or refund my wife's credit card. She just flat out told me to go ahead and cancel the order right now which I did. But when I told her she needed to reverse the charge to my wife's credit card, she told me my wife would have to come into the store personally to cancel the order and get her credit card credited.This was the 3rd time we were going to make a purchase and quite frankly, they have lost us as repeat customers.I strongly urge you NOT TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS STORE. The woman managing the store is rude and couldn't care less about you as a customer.Find another furniture company, that values you as a customer, to spend your money.
