Our storm damage was extensive. Coupled with that we had an increased difficulty level. The house is older and had been added on to over the years before purchased. There is flat, low sloping roofing, and sections of regular roofing with gables. Two previous Roofers had completed the needed roofing, one section had a less desirable roofing material installed, the other was still leaking. My family and I were exhausted each time it rained from trying to prevent more damage and the clean ups. Echols replaced the flat roofing over the carport and another section of the house that was the difficult section to tie in. They provided thier expert recommendations,answered all of our questions, used superior quality material, included an extensive warranty,quick installation, and excellent cleanup. The first time it rained after their installation we were completely dry! We have been ever since. Our gutters were also a mess from the previous work. When Echols replaced the gutter section that had been damaged the result was perfection. The gutters sloped correctly and matched! I did not expect the gutters to come out looking as good as they did. Another section of low sloping roofing we plan to replace will be done by Echols. We have complete confidence in thier work and would not hesitiate to refer them, especially if the roof has a high degree of difficulty.

I can't say enought about Echols Roofing, from the estimate from Greg to the dumpster being picked up, they did a wonderful job. The cleanup was great and all my neighbors have commented on how great my roof looks. Could not be happier.

Echols replaced our hail-damaged roof in December. They did a fantastic job! Brad explained our options, and answered all our questions. In 2007, they replaced our siding and windows (see my prior review), so I knew who to call when we needed a new roof. Many of our neighbors had hail damage and there were many roofing companies working in the subdivision. A guy who was working on 3 houses on our street told me he would install a new roof for "whatever the insurance company paid us!"
When Echols sent Brad out, he inspected the roof, and gave me a written estimate that was more than reasonable. Brad gave us several options, and there was never any pressure to make a decision.

A problem developed with one of the gutters they installed in May 2007. When Brad did the roof, he called AC and he sent the guys out to fix the gutter. It took a couple of visits to completely fix the problem, but AC said he would get it fixed, and he did, at no cost to us. This company really stands behind their work!! We would recommend them to everyone!

Start to finish I have never been more pleased with a home improvement job. From initial consultation to installation crew and materials, to clean up all first class. Extremely good value in my opinion. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience.
