Prompt return of my phone calls. Repairman showed up on time, when he said he would. The repairs were completed when they were scheduled to be done. No complaints.

Outstanding Quality and Service
We recently had Echols replace our roof. The inspection was thorough, the bid was detailed and they did what they promised. They were on time, attentive to details and their cleanup left our property looking better than they found it. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

Great Service and Quality Repairs
During a recent storm, I had a tree fall on my house. I contacted Echols Roofing to get an estimate on the repair work because they had replaced my roof a couple of years earlier and had done a superb job. They sent Chad Smeaton to my home the next day to provide an estimate for the repair work. The repairs were completed promptly, when they were promised, and I was very pleased with the quality of the work that was done. This is my second time to use Echols roofing and I have been very satisfied in both instances. They are trustworthy and do quality work when it is promised. I will continue to use them whenever the need arises.

Excellent Customer Service and Quality Workmanship
Echols Home Improvement replaced 22 windows for me. The install was fast. The installers did a wonderful job. They were so pleasant to work with. They showed the highest respect for me and my property. They cleaned everything before they left and my home looked brand new. It's actually 20 years old. Wonderful company to do business with. Honest ,Timely and Very Professional

EXCELLENT JOB!
I HAD ECHOLS REBUILD MY ROOF AFTER A TREE CAME THROUGH MY SUNROOM RECENTLY. THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB AND STAYED WITHIN THEIR STATED TIME-FRAME AND BID PRICE. EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT AND THE MEN WERE VERY PLEASANT THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. RECOMMENDED!
