Great food, indifferent-to-bad service, 7/26/2008

We used to eat here once a week or more (the turkey burger is incredible... as are the burgers and the rosewater grapefruit martini) but stopped because the food was becoming a little hit or miss and... the service is really bad -- to the point where you see people waving their arms trying to get someone's, anyone's attention. We once waited 35 minutes for a waitress to pick up our credit card; we've had people bring us someone else's order and walk away before we could tell them.

Surprise for the Location!!, 7/24/2008

This is right down the street from Murphys where we originally tried to get in on fathers day. (Stupid) and we were told it would be over an hour. We decided it was getting too hot to wait outside so... we drove down the street a little ways and found this place the food was fantastic and not expensive. The porch was great and people had still not started showing up yet so it was a very laid back atmosphere. Try the fresh fruit side with your breakfast!! You will not be sorry!!

Delicious!

I got the egg sandwhich and fresh squeezed orange juice- and we sat on the porch! It was a delightful start to my sunday morning. The potatoes that came with the sandwhich was great the sandwhich came with caramelized onions on it also which was yummy! I also got a side of fruit at the waitress's suggestion and i was impressed with that also, I think we paid 30$ for 2 people. Not bad at all for that area!

It could be a lot better

I find that I go here a lot, mostly because it's close to where I live. It has improved a lot and could still become so much better if they just paid attention to details (the coffee maker was broken both days last weekend at brunch) and the staff were nicer and smarter. I've had terrible service there, but generally it's just indifferent. The food's pretty good. It's great for brunch. The mussels come in a terrific curry sauce and the bread that comes with it is nice and crunch.
