I started using them after several attempts with larger companies. You can tell the difference almost immediately. The price was inline with what I was paying but the service was a vast improvement. I highly recommend you try them out.

We were not happy with our service and tried to cancel with no avail. They require cancellation to be in writing. After finally sending a certified letter, which was refused, the company still kept coming to service our lawn. We wanted the service canceled, but they provide no mechanism to do so. We did not authorize the service and refuse to pay. Now they have sent us to a collection agent. Horrible business practices!

We needing a new lawn care company, the old one just about killed our lawn, after calling several companies we elected to use Eco-Green. Eco-Green gave us a thorough estimate and has responded to all our needs as well as answered our questions. They weren't the lowest bid, but they weren't the highest either. Great service, Great results and Great response to our messages. Eco-Green SAVED OUR LAWN and saved us THOSANDS of dollar. If you find yourself needing a lawn care service CALL these guys tell them Donna sent you.

Yes, you should cancel your account in writing; the only problem is there is no fax number listed on their website. No one answers the phone. No one returns phone calls unless there is money involved, and even then it takes several days (or never if you want to cancel your contract). Stay away from this company. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with them, to save a couple of bucks. So here is their fax number: 678-262-9985.

This company provides good quality service with reasonable rates. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. They are a small family owned company not a lot of office staf but thay always returns my calls when I leave a message. We have always found their service to be dependable with good results this is the best lawn service we have ever used. They have totally turned our lawn around; for the best they only asked us to follow our instructions. We highly recommend them.

Spilling chemicals on the lawn killed more grass than weeds. Pay a day late and incur interest penalties. And if you want weed control, they were no help even though I had them come back twice for that specific problem. If you want to cancel, send them notice in writing. After a verbal cancellation, a subsequent application was made and they want to be paid.

Eco Green treated our lawn February and March. Both bills say to wait 14 days to see weeds begin to die off. Never happened. By April, my neighbor asked what HAPPENED to our lawn. She had NEVER seen it look so BAD. It was FULL of weeds of every variety. I called Eco Green on 4/30/08, left a message I was dissatisfied with the state of our lawn. Need to make some changes. Eco Green called back next evening, Wednesday, 5/01/08, said they would be out to look at our lawn later in the week or early the next week. By the following Wednesday, 5/07/08, they still had not come out so I called back and left the message "DO NOT treat our lawn until we have spoken!" Next day, Thurs. 5/08/08, I called Eco Green and spoke to 'Nick'. Told him I was canceling service and would like a confirmation number as such. He told me they would need a letter in writing stating cancellation before giving a confirmation number but will go ahead and put service on hold until then. I wrote said letter and mailed certified next morning, Friday, 5/09/08. THE VERY NEXT MORNING, Saturday, 5/10/08, as I walked out to check the mail, there was a bill attached to my front door knob. Yes! They had just treated my lawn! I immediately called back (and yes, I again got their answering machine) and told them I would not pay, as this service was already canceled. As of this date, I still have not received a confirmation number nor a receipt of delivery on my certified letter, as no one is ever there!

You can call this company one or ten times and they will not return your call for even a general question. I am cancelling my service. I recommend you do not use this company.
