This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever came across. I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning that according to the fine print was within the 30 mile radius of the zip code. During the time I purchased the Groupon and decided to use it they changed their policy to no longer service the area. Mind you the Groupon was purchased far in advance of the change. Spoke the manager George he said they don't service past the airport any longer I don't live past the airport as I explained, he called off other random areas of which I do not live, the fine print cleary states valid within 30 miles of their zip code which I live within that with mileage to spare. He said to make an "acceptation" to service me because I don't live past the airport and to fix this, what I can do is call Groupon get a refund of the $59 I paid and they will in turn charge me $150+ to service me, that he and his company is in the business of making money. REALLY!!! You want me to pay almost triple because your policy changed. That is your solution to charge me more??? I told him he has lost his mind. SO unprofessional it is not MY FAULT the policy changed and as a company they should have honored it especially since it was paid for well in advance of this policy change. As others have stated steer clear away from these rats! They are NO GOOD! I am calling Groupon get my money back and will find a reputable company to do my carpet cleaning. That is ridiculous!!!! I purchased a Groupon to have my carpets cleaned and had an appointment scheduled for some time between 3-6pm on Saturday. I woke up that morning, moved all my furniture out of the carpeted rooms, and vacuumed so the cleaner would have an easier job. At 4:30 he called me to say he would arrive closer to 6, which was fine because that was still within my appointment window and I understand previous appointments can run over. At 5:50 he called again to say he wouldn't be arriving until 7pm. I was annoyed because I had waited all day and he waiting until the tail end of my appointment to say he would be an hour late. I said that that wouldn't work for me and I would need to reschedule. He apparently didn't like that response because he literally began to yell and curse at me that he had other appointments, was driving around town all day and I was ungrateful. I stopped him and told him the language and tone he was using was unprofessional and unacceptable when speaking to a paying customer. He became even angrier and yelled at me for the way I was speaking to him. I will admit my tone had gotten more forceful, but at no point was my voice raised nor was any profane language used on my part. He then had the audacity to ask me if I still wanted him to come out, after the verbal assault he had just unleashed on me. I of course said absolutely not. I cannot begin to fathom how any reputable business could employ or send out a person who behaves in this manner.

Eco Green did a great job cleaning the bedroom carpets in our rental home tonight. He used new powerful equipment and got stains out of our carpet that we were worried might not be able to be removed. We acutally thought we may have to replace the carpet, but not after Eco Green cleaned it! No bait-and-switch, no attempt to overcharge, just a good guy with good equipment working hard to get the carpet clean for us. Thank you Eco Green! We highly recommend this company.
