Best sales expirience in town, but worst service., 5/17/2014

Was so impressed with the sales experience, the best I have ever had, but the service is the other end of the spectrum. Did. It complete the work easy expected and did not follow through. Always... miscommunications with the service person, Jeff. Told us one thing did another. 3 trips for the same issues and still not resolved. They broke a tail light, but at least they replaced for free. I would buy a car from these guys, but will get it serviced at one of the other local Acura dealers.

Ed Voyles is the place to buy your next car!!, 10/07/2013

I came across a used Honda Odyssey in Ed Voyles Acura Pre-owned dept and I must say I am so glad I bought my van from here. I don't think I would have had a better van buying experience at a Honda... dealership too. Ed Voyles went an extra mile to make me happy. So here is my story - I had to be out of town for the rest of the week so I couldn't make the purchase the same day. I test drove the car on Wednesday (10/2) and told them I really want the van and if this can be held until monday (10/7) and I will pick it up first thing. Believe it or not, Ed Voyles actually held the car for me till the following Monday just because I had told them I was interested and I am buying it. I mean I did not even give them a down payment, it was just based out of good faith. I mean no dealership in this country would do that. Seriously!!!!!!! Tony in particular was extremely helpful and professional and made sure that every request was taken care of. Even better, they got me a finance rate better than what my credit union was offering :) These ppl know how important customers are and how to treat them, they are not pushy, they appreciate your budget, needs. If you are looking to buy a used car, definitely consider Ed Voyles Acura Pre-Owned, you will not be disappointed!! I highly recommend this dealership!!

Great Service

Service is always top of the line. I recieved an front-end ailment as well as complimentary carwash and vacuum all less than 3 hours. The waiting room is comfortable with goodies available to customers.

Excellent Experience

I recently purchased an Acura TL from Ed Voyles. The expereince with their sales staff and manager were super nice and friendly. They were very informative as well and helped position myself to make a good educated decision. If you're in the market and looking for an Acura, I highly recommend going to Ed Voyles to check them out.

Ed Voyles Acura Collision Center (on site)

I've dealt with other collision centers, and Scott Porter the general manager took care of my case. I was very impressed by the way they got my car in and out. The work is great, the paint is almost perfect (I don't think anyone can be perfect, but they're as close as you can get!) with no "orange-peel" and a great finish. They use authentic parts and ensure everything is done to 100% Acura specifications. Excellent job Ed Voyles Collision Center! Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Michael Iscaro

We had a great experience purchasing our MDX from Michael Iscaro at Ed Voyles Acura. We looked at a lot of different cars and dealerships. We purchased from them because they were the most professional, helpful and low-pressure dealership we visited. Michael also gave us what I knew to be a good price without any games. This is after I'd spent a lot of time researching online in various Acura forums. He also helped us evaluate the different purchase and lease options. He left me with all the numbers, which I then took home, researched and compared with others online. Everything checked out. I half expected there to be a catch at some point, but there never was. While we were caught between a Honda, Mazda and Acura, we went with the Acura largely because of our experience with Michael at Ed Voyles. Now that we've had the car for a few months, we are very happy with our decision and the quality of help we received from them.

Wouldn't take my Acura anywhere else!

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and I feel that they do honest work and don't try to rip you off. And the cost of an oil change is the same as going to one of those cheaper oil places. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Gave Me Peace of Mind!

I took my car to the Acura dealer after a visit to an auto parts store got me a replacement gas cap, but my check engine light still hadn't gone off after three trips. Thus, I thought there might be something else that was wrong with my engine. I made an appointment for 2 pm on Saturday, and I was out of there within 20 minutes or so. The service technician informed me that the engine code was that for the gas cap, but since my car was an older model, (1999), the light had to be manually turned off because it was not going to reset itself. The dealership did not charge me for this service and they gave me peace of mind since I now know that the issue with my car has been rectified!

Excellent service

I happened to visit Ed Voyles Acura for my 04 Acura MDX that was repaired by other auto body shop-Duluth. I had few concerns regarding work done by other Auto Body Shop (Hendricks-Duluth GA). I am very impressed with Ed Voles Rep Lou Black's professionalism and explanation. I will definitely go for my future needs.

Great Experience

I have been taking my cars here for years to service and purchased 2 cars from them also. They never tried to pressure me or upsell me with anything. The service department even threw in some freebees from time to time. The financing process when I purchased both cars was outstanding, no funny business at all. My only regret is that I do not currently own an Acura, I miss Ed Voyles' sales and service people.

They take care of you

This is a cool place. They seem to assign you a set person who will always be in charge of your car when you go. My guy is this big guy named JT or JD. He's pretty competent as well as the rest of the crew.

Fantastic people

We were in Atlanta, from Baton Rouge, for cancer treatment and had, not one, but two issues with our 2004TL. Looking at where we were staying in Northlake, the net and reading comments regarding Ed Voyles, we chose to drive there for service. Incredible service, assistance and attitude both times. Jimmy Harris helped us the first trip with a piece of a door handle that came off - they had the part and took care of it quickly. Second trip was a little more complicated -air conditioner quit the last week of treatment. J.D. Harwell had the car checked out and concluded there is a small leak. He suggested putting freon, with a dye, in the a/c to get us back to Baton Rouge and to our local dealer. From the minute of check-in with Mike G, service couldn't have been any better. To put the icing on the cake, J.D. told us they would wash the car and would be applying Lexol to our faded dashboard. That really made our day. Each trip there was finalized with their blessings to have a great day and a safe trip home. Thank you guys - people in your area are lucky to have you. Cathy & Rick Feig
