Great Experience!, 8/08/2012

I purchased a car from Ed Voyles Jeep. They were great! I expected to not be taken seriously as I had that experience with another dealer. Tyler was very informative and walked me through the deal. I... was able to negotiate to get the price I wanted. I love my new Jeep and would highly recommend them.

What a let down!, 12/22/2009

I went to this Jeep dealership's service department, hoping they could finish putting the new skin/window on my '98 Wrangler. I had already started it and just needed some help warming it up and... fitting it around the frame. Not only did the service guy tell me it was the wrong size (which was incorrect), he didn't check with the parts department to make sure or offer to look up the right size. Then, when "his guy" came out to take a better look, he took credit for removing the window from the door (something I showed him how to do because he didn't know it could be removed) and they both agreed it was the wrong size window/skin. Come to find out, there is only one size and the guys at Contemporary Upholstery & Repair got it on in less than an hour. You would think a Jeep dealership's service department would know something about Jeeps, but this place does not. Don't expect if you take your car here!

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a used vehicle from Ed Voyles in Marietta & they failed to submit the title paperwork before my temp. tag expired. I tried for 2 weeks to get the situation resolved, and they were not helpful at all. Managers said they'd call me with answers, and they never called. I couldn't get any help or explanations from anyone there. Go elsewhere if you are looking to buy a car. They obviously can't handle something simple like submitting the proper paperwork - a service they charged me for. Do you really want to trust people like that when you're making such a big purchase?

wow...

i don't think i've ever been so disappointed in my life.. being a woman you get treated a bit differently in this type of place, and i expected to be.... but this one believes you checked your 'brain' at the door... even the service folks are rude and condescending.. i don't believe i shall ever return again.. i would have to be broken down in their parking lot..!! even then i may walk to another shop and ask them for help...

Good Service Dept. , Difficult Sales Experience

I've bought two cars from Ed Voyles Chrysler over the past 20 years and taken them and others in for service countless times. Both sales experiences where difficult. Both times they tried to pass-off cars with flat-spots on the tires from sitting on the lot so long. On the second sale, I insisted they be changed prior to delivery. I was passed from one salesman to another. I intended to purchase a Chrysler warranty but when a third party warranty was substituted in the final papers without my knowledge, I declined the warranty altogether. Their documentation fee is absurdly high, especially compared to CarMax who charges only $149. I wish they'd improve the sales experience. On the other hand, their Chrysler service department is the best in town. The usually find and fix the problem on the first time. Sometimes they find other, important things. Not just superficial add-ons. Their service prices are reasonable compared to other dealerships.
