We were involved in a car accident and needed to replace our vehicle. We decided on a Honda Odyssey and had searched every where for a van with low mikes and in our price range. We saw one online and called Ed Voyles. We spoke with Patrick and he was very courteous and professional. He mentioned a van he had received that wasn't listed yet. We drove over an hour and it was a great match! They came down on the price to meet our budget. We are very pleased with our purchase and experience with this dealership. Best car experience we've ever had!

Service tech did not clean up large pools of fluid in engine bay from recall service. Car smoked like a chimney. Had to bring it in a second time. Carelessness that may lead to tragic events. Called service manager, but did not get a call back. Pretty service area, may be they should hire people that care.

I have been working with Mr. Kane since last week and I am very pleased with his professionalism and service. I came from Alabama to purchase a Wrangler for my wife's birthday and he gave us a great deal. I don't think we will be able to service our vehicle at Ed Voyles due to logistics but would if we could, especially if Mr.Kane is a reflection of the Voyles organization. Thanks again and "War Eagle"

Beware! They gave me a quote on a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation. The quote was $6,000 below the dealer invoice, $10,000 below MSRP. I called Colville Mackenzie, the sales representative back immediately and asked if we were talking about the same car. He confirmed that yes, it was a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation, that this was the price his sales manager gave him, and that they "were in the business of selling cars." I called him a third time and told him to send me an email with the quote, along with the year, make, model, and navigation system. He sent it in writing. I drove up to the dealership today to look at the car and buy it. I met Colville Mackenzie, he walks me out the the car, it was as described, but a demo with 2300 miles on it. I didn't mind. I was getting a great deal. I told him to draft up the final numbers. I was ready to drive this car away. Then came the paper shuffling and back-and-forth to the sales manager's office. Mr. Mackenzie sits at the table with me and explains there's been a 'mistake.' His sales manager was very busy yesterday and thought he was quoting on a CRV with Nav. He shoves a price in front of me (for a demo) that is at FULL MSRP!!!! Then he wanted to make a deal. He asked how much I was willing to pay for the car. I told him $10000 below MSRP. He said that it was unrealistic. Well.....it was realistic yesterday! And you sent it to me in writing! Don't do business with this dealership. PERIOD!

I love Honda and have been to a ton of dealerships in the Atlanta area. This was by far the best experience. When you walk around to just check it out, people are very friendly and just like saying "hello". I felt good going in and leaving! Love the fact it is still family owned and RAN like it is family owned! WOWWED!

Went to get a 2011 Honda Odyssey with my USAA negotiated price ($500 over invoice). They said they could not honor it, because they were in too much demand and customers were paying sticker and fighting over them. Heard these lies and other cheesy comments also. Called Son's Honda in McDonough, had the exact EX-L with RES, color, for the USAA price, no questions asked. Doubt I'll be going back to Cobb Parkway.

I'm so glad I discovered Ed Voyles Honda when I started to work nearby. They are very good at explaining things to someone not very technical; but don't talk down to me. I was shocked because it doesn't cost more to go the dealership. I've actually saved on my brakes compared to what I used to pay. I don't wait long to pick up my car, either.
