Ed Voyles Hyundai

I had to bring my van there to replace an electronic key. The car had no other problems. While getting ready to go pick up my car I recieved a phone call from them telling me that my battery is bad and they kept having to jump it. They wanted to charge me an additional $150 on top of the $200 they were charging for a darn key! I told them no, I would deal with the battery when I got there. Needless to say the car started right up, I went to the local Autozone and had the battery and alternator both checked, the are both running at 100%! These people are full of it, they lied about what needed to be done and when I got there they had additional charges for environmental disposal fees added to me. What exactly do you have to dispose of while replacing an electronic key? They are total frauds!!!!

I tried to purchase a car knowing that I needed it within 2 weeks. After they told me they obtained a car for me and charged my credit card with a deposit to hold it for me, they suddenly notified me 2 days before my deadline that they don't have the car. I won't be surprised if it turns out that they just sold it to someone else and lied to me about it. Stay away from them.

Made a deal on a car2 hrs later salesman tells me it is "sold". never called me. Today sales manager called and offered to find me a similar carsame price. Not too bad! Keep tuned in....

I bought a Hyundai Tucson 2010 in march in Ed Voyles Hyundai Atlanta. I got a small dent so I took it to Ed Voyles Hyundai Body Shop Atlanta. They charged me around 1200 for the repair. While browsing their website I found a coupon for 99.00$ (Free Detailing Coupon for repairs over 1000$) . Firstly I was not happy as they did not tell me about the coupon until I found out about that myself in their website. . I printed that out and went to shop and asked them about that. They said I can use that to get a free Detailing of my car . I asked their staff If I can use that at a later date as my car is 3 months old and not a lot of stuff to get detailed. They Said I can use the coupon at a later date when I am ready.I went to shop after 2 months with the coupon and the receipt to get It detailed. They said they were not aware of this and the coupon can only be revealed at the time of repair not after the repair. I told the supervisor there that I specifically asked if I can reveal the coupon at a later date and their staff said yes. He told that the person who told me was no longer working here and as I don’t have anything written proof so they will not accept my coupon. Even after telling that their staff told me to use it later..he asked me to show a written proof that their staff told me to reveal it at a later date…That sounded ridiculous and crazy ….. Even On the coupon there was no expiry date…..….…They sounded as if I was lying …..I felt very bad and insulted…….

We bought our new Hyundai from Fernandez - he was great. Not too pushy, very helpful, very accommodating. He made our visit to the showroom as short and pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.
