Eddie personally was at the house when he said he would be, which always makes me feel a lot more confident regarding the work ethic of the serviceman. I had the common "white dots" issue in my Mitsubishi DLP set that Eddie was able to correct at the house in about 20 minutes. I'm always going to call on Eddie whenever I have an electronic issue I need help with in the future.

I am a 58 year old retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant and Cobb County School Teacher. Nancy at Eddie's Electronics gave me the best Customer Service and advice I've ever received. Jason the Technician was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with this topnotch crew, whether you have the new Google TV technology or anything this less. Just got off the phone with Nancy. It's rare to find such helpful service. She suggested possible solutions and considered all the alternatives to save me money. I'll continue my self-diagnostics, but if I'm unable to fix it; it's Eddie's Electronics who I will be coming to do the repair work. Bottom line; good service earns business.

After calling the big box store where we purchased our LG tv to ask for help with a sensor issue we were disappointed to hear we would probably need to purchase a new tv. I called LG direct and they referred me to Eddies Electronics. I explained the problem to Nancy who conferred with Eddie and suggested I try a self fix before I scheduled a service call. Amazingly the fix worked and I did not need a service call. This kind of customer service just does not exist anymore and I would recommend Eddies Electronics to everyone.

Just bought a brand new 60" 3D TV LG and everything was fine when we hooked it up and got the wireless for the smart TV hooked up. But then it wanted to do an update and when I said yes, that is when the problem began. I could not get my wireless to pick up anymore. I called them because LG referred them to me and I spoke to Nancy who told me that the updates can sometimes be corrupt. They were going to order me a new motherboard. She suggested one thing that I try and that was to unplug and hold the power button for 20 seconds and plug back in (she was out the door for her birthday and still took the time to talk to me.) and guess what that worked and now I don't have to have them come at all! I work in the customer service world and I love when someone cares about their customers like I do. Nancy Happy Birthday and Great Job!

I have a 42" plasma TV (6 years old) mounted on a wall. The picture went out a few weeks ago. I found these guys online and called. They agreed to come to my home and take the TV off the wall. And they fixed it the very same day - it's like new at half the price to replace it. The technician, Jason, was GREAT!! The service was GREAT. This is a great company and I highly recommend them.

I bought an LG LED television and had issues out of the box. Eddie's came out and diagnosed a bad panel. They ordered and installed it very quickly. TV works great now. Excellent technician who obviously cared about his job. Highly recommended.

We called Eddies and had an in home repair on our 52" Sanyo LCD television. They came out on a Tuesday,ordered the part and had it installed on Friday the same week. Now that was some fast service. Set works great again. We couldn't ask for more. We recommend Eddies highly. Jim A. Waleska ga

My 65" projection tv went dead after a lightening storm. Eddie diagnosed the problem and told me my options. He took extra time with me to point out wiring issues that were associated with lightening damage. I would recommend his services to anyone with any type of tv problem.
