Edens Heating and Cooling

We purchased a special for an annual furnace checkup last Thursday but hadn't called to schedule an appointment yet. On Friday, we woke to "almost" freezing temps and noticed the furnace wasn't working. We went ahead and called Eden mid-day and asked if we could set up the appointment and if, at the same time, they could troubleshoot the issue with the pilot light. They said that they'd try to get out that day but weren't sure. (I didn't expect them to come that day - given the decrease in temps I was certain that they were already booked.) They called later in the afternoon to say that they definitely couldn't make it but they could come between 9:30 and 10:30 the next day. The owner himself arrived on Saturday right at 9:30 and promptly fixed the problem and performed the annual maintenance. He was professional,highly experienced, clean and prompt. What a departure from the other service technicians I had to deal with that week (Sears appliance techs.) I guess quality service people do exist! I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of furnace or airconditioner service.

Edens Heating and Air. I have NEVER experienced service and professionalism like we get with Edens. We subscribe to their routine maintenance program and each time our technician is knowledgeable and courteous. To have a company like this you can trust is priceless. They can make us a reference for anyone who needs it!

After 19 years it was time to replace the air conditioning unit in my home. The house was built in 1970 and the garage was closed in adding 3,200 additional cubic feet the old unit had to cool. The power bill was way out of control and there was a need to solve the problem. I called three people to quote on the project. They were all professional and provided a quote for the unit replacement. Only Vic, at Edens Heating and Cooling, took the time to determine the existing configuration of the supply and return vents and suggested changes to improve the heating and cooling effectiveness. His prices were reasonable and he was given the job. They arrived on time, did more than we agreed to without additional cost, and completed the job on time. Their workmanship is exceptional and their technical knowledge exceeded my expectations. I have no problems recommending Vic and his company for any task large or small. Because of the quality of service, I have agreed to sign a maintenance contract for future service.

We've been in our home for over 15 years and our house has never been cool like it should be during the summer. After our third unit was installed the new unit stopped working and the contractor had passed away. We called Edens and they were out promptly, honored our warranty and charged us a reasonable labor fee. At the start of this summer, our unit stopped working again. The technician found the problem that had to do with the original install, fixed it and we've never been more comfortable in our home. After being ripped off by so many Heating and Air companys over the last 15 years, it's like a breath of fresh air to have a service company I trust. I can't say enough good things about this company. Prompt, reliable and reasonable.
