I am beyond disappointed by my experience at this store. After spending $130 for a birthday present, the gift didn't arrive on a family friend's birthday. When I asked for a refund, the employee said I was a liar. I spoke to the owner, Heidi, who is the WORST business owner I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. She belittled my mom's English speaking skills (my mom made the order) and then denied that her team did anything wrong. She wouldn't give me a refund. I took it up with the corporate company, who gave me a refund, but said they couldn't enforce the owner's behaviors even though Heidi is a detrimental representation of the company. Her racial remarks, insulting attitude, and lack of customer service skills seriously impair the image of Edible Arrangements. I will NOT be supporting a company that won't take a stand against this awful owner.

I am highly disappointed by how I was treated by the owner/store manager Heidi McBain when calling regarding delivery times. I just spent a $100 dollars and wanted to make sure that it was going to get delivered before the person I was sending it to, was off of work. I was happy to go pick it up myself to deliver it personally...but when I called back that order had already left the Mill Creek store. Super rude manager and I will NEVER order again or refer this company to any of my friends.

My brother sent one of these edible arrangements to my mother recently. I don't know how much he payed ( so I can't comment on the value specifically) but... it was delicious!!! Really good quality chocolate, and fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend this product.

We were really looking forward to surprising the in-laws with a beautiful arrangement of tasty fruit for Thanksgiving. After spending nearly $100 for a "medium" sized bouquet of mixed fruit skewered above a pumpkin-esqe vase, we were hugely disappointed in the appearance and mostly the flavor of this arrangement. As directed, we took the arrangement apart shortly after the underwhelmed presentation to store the fruit in refrigerated Tupperware. The first morning we tasted the fruit, everyone was quite disappointed in the staleness and lack of flavor in the fruit. I would never recommend this approach to anyone trying to please a host or for that matter any purpose. Save your money - buy a Costco Del Monte fruit bowl and have over $50 bucks left in your pocket.
