Edwards Travel

Edwards Travel does not open on time specified. I was told to go to their office at 9ambecaue I needed to pay for another ticket. I called to confirm the time. I was there at 9am and the office was close. I caled the number and left a message that I was there..just in case they got into some kind of delay and might be picking up their messages.

9:35 am is when they showed up and they apologized and i said thats fine. Though they never offered any explanation.

As I was about to pay with a credit cardi was told that i have to pay cashI told her that her assistant told me it was ok to pay with credit card. she explained to me it was because I paid cash for the first 2 tickets so i said ok ..no problem so i left got the cash and paid. Befoe i left she said that she wont be able to iisue the tickets until the day ofso i have to go back to the office so i said thats fine..i just needed to get this done on move on

on my way home i remembered her assistant telling me that they could send e-ticket via emailso i called her and i told her if she could send it via email to save me driving back to her office she caught me by surprised when she said "why did i just think of it now? " honestly, I did not know how to answer her..i remember saying..ahhh i just have too many things in my mind..it was very weirdisn't that her job to offer services that would make my travel plans convenient and run smoothlywellhold on it get weirder she then told me to call her in the morning to remind her to email the ticketsi just couldn't believe what i was hearing.

anyway, as "instructed" i called her at 9:30am..voicemaili left a message.. 9:50am just to check if they got in..voicemail 10:15 am 10:40 am..
my husband who was running errands said i should call the cel phone and that if i did not get an answer he will just drive there tried cel phone disconnected.

my husband gets to the office 11:15am .office closed.
