I went to Eiffel's about 3 years ago to have brake work done on my Honda Accord. After the $835(still have the receipt to prove it) bill to replace my front rotors and calipers, I never went back. I discussed the price with a friend and was told that I had been ripped off. That was confirmed today because I had the same work done on the same vehicle. The replacement of my front calipers, pads and rotors cost me $340. If you have extra money to spend, definitely use this shop because they do quality work however if you are looking to maximize your dollars, shop around.

Eiffel is very trustworthy and honest. He does NOT tell you to do anything on your car that he himself wouldn't do if it was his own car. We have gone to Eiffel for years. When we are choosing a new car we are sure to run it by Eiffel first! He runs a top notch business, I highly recommend Eiffel's Place!

I am a former Military Aircraft mechanic and a former Porsche mechanic. I know a good mechanic and a straight shooter when I see them ...and deal with them. I have been using Eiffel's Place in Marietta since 2004 for family's cars - Infiniti and Hondas(2). He is a wonderful mechanic himself and he hires and oversee great, capable master mechanics. I have never had a doubt about is honesty. No cause too. He not only knows engine, transmissions, but knows the car body and can find where cars have been damaged and repaired (when you can't). He is a good fair businessman and I recommend him and his crew highly, as you can tell. The guy is good!

Over the last couple of years, I've had my Honda Civic repaired at Eiffel's. The quality of work is excellent. They are great about completing my scheduled appointments on the same day and have never discovered any "unexpected major repairs" at the last minute. My wife now drives to Eiffel's for regular maintenance work on her Honda Accord. She is so comfortable with Eiffel's complete and honest assessment of repair work that she has recommended Eiffel's to her co-workers.

I've taken my Acura to Eiffel's for some regular maintenance and also repair work. Eiffel handles customers personally, and took plenty of time to talk over the repairs with me -- including an honest assessment of what was a "must do" and what stuff could wait until down the road. That kind of integrity means a lot. His prices aren't the cheapest, but they are certainly competitive and when you consider the quality of the work and the advice, it's a great value. Highly recommended.

I took my '97 Toyota -which was leaking fluids - to Eiffels on the recommendation of a coworker. They told me the total price to repair everything was $3900 even though the car was only worth about $2500. I paid the diagnostic fee and had it fixed at Goodyear for $795. Live and learn.

I will drive 13 miles OTP just to have Eiffel take care of my car, even for a routine oil change. As a woman, Eiffel never makes me feel intimidated and never makes me shell out for more than I need to with the car as some mechanics do, and he never "discovers" major repairs at the last-minute. He always forecasts and tells me how long I have left on the life of the parts so I can plan accordingly on my budget. All 3 Hondas in the family have been under Eiffel's great care, and I refuse to go anywhere else.

I've been going to Eiffel for at least 6 years with 3 separate cars. He always honest and upfront about all repairs and charges. Eiffel is great about telling you all of the problems with your auto but also suggesting what HAS to be done if you can't do all the repairs at once. I highly recommend Eiffel and his team.

I've used Eiffel for service on multiple cars over the past 6 years. They are upfront and honest about the problem and what it takes to fix it and will even show you while the car is on the rack. He gives you the information upfront with his recommendations but allows you to make the final decision on any service being done. The quality of work is excellent. Recently they found an issue in 5 minutes that the dealership had failed to indentify in over 2 years. So in my case, they've gone over and above the call of duty and I'd recommend their services to anyone.

I've been having my Acura and Lexus vehicles serviced by Eiffel and his staff since they opened for business 7 yrs ago. They have always done an excellent job on both preventive maintence and diagnosing problems and even though I live in Decatur, it is well worth the drive to have my autos, both of which have greater than 150k miles on the odometer, serviced at Eiffel's Place. His labor rate is fair and I trust Eiffel to do the appropriate and not unnecessary repairs that are often common in local auto dealer service departments. For AAA club members, he has an excellent rating per his customer comment cards.

Eiffel and his team have provided excellent service for my Toyotas since I started using Eiffel's Place a couple years ago. They run a clean shop and have always done exactly what they said they would do when they said they'd do it. I highly recommend Eiffel's shop.

I'm a healthy 70 years old and hoping my Accord will outlast me! I don't know if I could realistically hope for that without Eiffel. I've been going to his business for years and find him very honest and extremely knowledgeable. He's my "car consultant" and tells me what needs to be done for safety, what needs to be done to reach 300k miles, and what I can put off. He runs a clean and well-organized shop, calls me when he says he'll call and has my car ready for pick up when he says he will. I trust him, absolutely.

I started going to Eiffel's Place more than 6 years ago when I moved to East Cobb County. I searched Clark Howard's website for AAA/excellent autoservice places nearby and found Eiffel (and no others at that time). All of my immediate family's business for Toyotas/Hondas go there now and we're a Toyota/Honda family. Eiffel's is spotless, efficiently-run and COMPLETELY honest. In addition to the work Eiffel has done on all our cars, several times Eiffel has checked out FSBO cars we were considering buying and once saved us from making a big mistake (evidence of a significant wreck when the sellers told us the car had never been in a wreck). Eiffel tells us truth about what REALLY needs to be fixed on our cars. I trust him, even with my elderly mother's Honda.

I can tell you that Eiffel's Place is one of the best shops in metro Atlanta. Eiffel is very professional and honest. They have always done only the work that was needed and I never had a reason to take my car anywhere else in the last seven years.

I have used this service center for over 5 years for all the service needs of my 3 vehicles and can recommend them as highly skilled, knowlegeable about the makes which they service and honest in their dealings. Service is always prompt, accurate, and priced below what a dealer would normally charge. They take great pride and ownership in the maintenance of the vehicles which they service. One of my vehicles now has 259K and the other 2 have over 100K and they take pride in keeping them running as good as the new models they see from the dealers. Highly recommended.
