Jon and his team showed up on time and completed 5 installations of outlets and light fixtures in under 2 hours. The price was very reasonable and the team was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any small or large electrical job you may have.

Jon did some work for us recently. As a woman who works from home, its nice to have someone working in my home that I feel safe with. Jon was great. He was very conscientious about his work and even gave us some free advice! He's great.

Jon and Tim put in an new electrical [circuit breaker ] panel and installed under counter lighting in our kitchen and a couple of other minor things. Both were great!!! Reasonable, professional, on time, personable. Will certainly call them again!

Jon and Tim did a great job at a commercial property for me. Jon showed up right on time to do the estimate, I got the price back the same day and he did the job NEXT DAY! Although he was running late the day of the job, he called me three hours before he was due to show up to let me know he was running late and kept me updated with his ETA. His work was clean, neat and professional. He even fixed an old outlet that was not a part of the original job because he didn't think it looked good. Great job guys. You should consider these guys for commercial and industrial work as well as residential!

Jon and Tim did an outstanding job doind various low-voltage jobes in connection with my home theater installation. They were able to move cable, telephone and my subwoofer connection into a built-in bookcase. They were very prompt and extremely professional. I had to reduce the scope of the job at the last moment and they were kind enough to work with me and to reduce the mprice from their previous estimate accordingly. They double checked all of their work before they left, and did not hesitate to make some adjustments (at no additional cost) to make sure everything worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to use the Elctric Company again.

I called on a Monday to have a few things done, light fixture installations, etc. I told them that in order to be home for the repairs I'd have to take a day off from work, so I made the appointment for that coming Friday. I called Wednesday to confirm. Everything was fine. I called that Friday a half hour after they were scheduled to show up and was told they couldn't make it until Monday. I HAD TO CALL THEM to find out they canceled out from underneath me. Had I not called, I probably would have sat there all day like a moron. If you're going to make an appointment with them, I suggest you also make an appointment with a backup. Thanks for costing me a days work, Electric Company! That was very professional of you. The response below is filled with pure lies. I was offered no discount and no weekend appt. And had I not called them, I'd still be waiting. Total crap. Liars!

Unfortunately, sometimes in the electrical contracting service industry there can be unforeseeable hang-ups with particular jobs that cause delays in other appointments. This is what happened in this case. Earlier in the week the customer had to reschedule, but we were able to confirm for Friday. Once our electrician who was assigned to the job realized he would not make that appointment on time, he called and spoke with the customer 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. We understand that everyone's time is valuable, and we make every effort to keep appointments as scheduled and to contact the customer if we are going to be late or not be able to make it at all. The customer was offered a time later in the day. He said he had another appointment later but could cancel it if we offered him a large discount ($200 off a $275 job). He was also offered a Saturday or Sunday appointment but these were refused.
We regret that we were not able to meet the needs of this particular customer. Our service is customer driven, and as such we make every reasonable effort to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Jon, Tim and Damian were very courteous and went above and beyond in accommodating my needs. All the work was performed in a professional and timely manner. The end result was better than I could have hoped for and with much less mess than expected. The recessed lighting is perfectly placed, the under-counter lighting is as bright (maybe even a little brighter) as I desired, and the installation of the fans was less damaging to the walls and ceilings than I had feared. All in all, this is a great local company that stands behind its work with a one-year guaranty. I would recommend The Electric Company - and have - to all my friends and neighbors.

John really goes the extra mile. He shows up on time and is extremely friendly. I had him crawling around in my tiny attic space looking for an electrical short and the price he charged for the repair was extremely reasonable (cheep). He is the electrician of choice for my parents now as well.

I bought an old quirky house and they were great. They came out when they said, they did great work and at a resonable price. I had a great experience all around with them which I can't say about some of the other people I have worked with elsewhere . I really apprecitate all they did for me. They were really nice people( and great with my small children).I really reccomend them.

I'd absoultely recommend The Elctric Company. The big one - these guys were actually on time. They said they'd be here at 8 and they were here at 8. The original quote was accurate. More importanly, they were professional and courteous in my house and around my crazy 2 year old. They were in and out with no mess and no fuss. They did a great job installing my new outlets and even cleaned up the exisiting mess in my Breaker Box while they were in there. Thumbs Up!

The Electric Company promptly returned my call, stayed within the quoted price, and showed up when they said they would. The guys were quick on the job, polite and I felt comfortable having them in my home. They are highly recommended and I will definitely contact them in the future should the need arise.

I called them about wiring a room in the basement, and I needed it done the next day, which happened to be President's Day. They showed up on time and did a great job for a reasonable price. They were very professional and I will do business with them again.
