Electric Maintenance & Construction, Inc. is celebrating its 25th anniversary! Twenty five years of excellence in serving our communities needs. Electric Maintenance & Construction, Inc. was established in Hillsborough County, Florida in 1974 by Edward A. Roseman, owner and president. We are not only well-known throughout Central Florida for our work in the Multifamily and Commercial electrical industry, but also for our ability to Design/Build projects. We are licensed in over 30 counties and cites in the Central Florida area and we do work in the Bahamas. We own our own fleet of work trucks which also include aerial lifts, bucket trucks and cranes.
