I went to dinner there on Thursday, October 25th after reading other reviews and liking the "concept" of the restaurant. The problem is that the wait staff just did not seem to put forth good effort to make it an enjoyable meal. We made reservations and were on time. However, we were told that they had no reservation for us. Another couple was taken ahead of us and given the last table in the upstairs section - the "elevated" part of the restaurant in the tower. We came as much for the scenery as for the meal, but felt like we were denied that. We were not given the option of waiting at the bar until a table opened but were basically shuttled off to a downstairs table. The hostess took us to a booth, put down our menus and then walked away before we sat down. It turned out that the booth had been moved around by other diners and was simply too small for 2 normal sized people to sit in. It was no big deal to move, but given the atmosphere and the prices charged I thought it was just inconsiderate. The waitress touted the fantastic view when I complained. I told her that it was just as good from the Huddle House nearby, which is absolutely true. I will say the food was well prepared. But the service was poor and the dining area was dirty.

The best service anywhere! Our server was fantastic and the food was excellent! Entertainment was of the background variety, which made conversation at the table possible. It was an extremely hospitable establishment that I will visit again! Highly recommended!

Great Atmosphere, This place is always entertaining with live music, great drinks, food, and service. The prices are higher than others but you can't beat the experience. We love to take family and friends from out of town, as we know they won't soon forget the experience.

This place offers a different experince, which I liked. The kids loved it. The autmosphere and the menue is nice and offers some different options to the every day dining experince. The price vs. quality is not great, there is obviously a price for the uniqueness of the place. Also valet parking(optional) is not needed (sorry, personal pet peeve). Over all I will go back, but with limited frequency.

We tried Elevation Chophouse for the first time this evening. I had never heard of the place but my brother had been once before. I googled it online and found a lot of bad reviews. Not expecting much I drove to Kennesaw. The place was a little hard to find but we made it. Free valet parking and a drab airport hanger building greeted us. Still pretty skeptical I went inside. WOW! Very nice place and my first impression was how clean it was. Service was EXCELLENT! I had seared tuna that was pretty good.My wife had brisket that was good but a touch dry to her taste. My brother had fish and chips that were good.Fries were awesome. Bottom line, good food, excellent service, great drinks, atmosphere is great, nice view, and reasonable prices. You can spend anywhere from 8.00 to 26.00 for an entree. We spent 130.00 for a group of six with beers and one nitrogen margarita drink. Elevation is perfect for taking the kids to watch planes in the afternoon. 4.00 for chicken tenders or a glilled cheese sandwich for the little guys and gals. I'm excited to find a cool new place to eat that is different than the chain restaraunts so common in the suburbs. Definitely check out Elevation Chophouse!!!!
