We have been bringing our vehicles to Elite for several years and have always been pleased with price, service, and turn-around time. They have been honest and told us how long we could wait for a repair to be done, when it would be in our best interest to have a particular repair done at another location, and time and time again answered our calls with quick car questions. Most recently, my wife was driving in downtown Atlanta when her car began dying on I-85 with 3 kids in the car. Elite's owner Tim talked her all the way back to Flowery Branch and was waiting for her outside as she pulled in. As a husband, I couldn't have asked for better personal care and concern for my family. Elite takes care of their customers like they are family.

In all of my years of having work done to various vehicles, I have never been treated so poorly as I was today at Elite Auto Service. We have had many great experiences with this shop through the years along with many of our friends. We could always rely on Elite to be good at what they do, fair, polite and always left without the typical empty feeling you get when leaving a repair shop. They delivered great value and you could feel good about doing business with them. This last experience change it all. We noticed that the person that we usually delt with wasn't in, we figured he was off for the day. The gentleman at the counter seemed nice enough and we thoroughly explained what the symptoms were and what we had been told a year ago by another shop. Another shop in Buford had performed a pressure test and determined that the vehicle would likely need a new head gasket. We din't have the money at the time and the vehicle wasn't being used much so we didn't have it fixed. I had quotes from two other shops for 1k, which would cover sending the head to be resurfaced and checked for cracks. The clerk, which has since been identified as the owner, took notes and told us that he would let us know what he found and provide an estimate. he had already given us a price for the gasket and test of $899 which was fair and played into our decision to bring it to Elite. We dropped the vehicle off on Saturday and had not heard from them Monday so we followed up on Tuesday.

I have never been treated more unprofessionally in my life. They had our car for over 2 days, would not call us back to let us know what the problem was, when we called them and told them we were picking up the car to take it elsewhere, they said they had done some work on it that had not been approved and then called us liars. They had it on their answering machine not to touch it. Told us it needed over $1500 repairs when it didn't. Don't even think about going here or you will regret it. Minor fix needed instead of what they claimed.

Car had problems and they diagnosed as bad radiator. It was a cracked head. They are incompetent. They border on ripping people off. The car broke down 2 more times and they couldn't tell what it was. They said the computer board was going bad and take it to the dealership. Another shop, diagnosed it in 20 minutes. Stay away.

I've been going to Elite Auto Service & Tire since they opened. I love them!! They are honest and do good work for a great value. They work quickly and whether I needed major or minor repairs or just an oil change, they did the work quickly, professionally and inexpensively. Being a woman, I have been to places that act as if I don't know anything, but Elite has always listened to me when I have told them how my cars have been acting. I can honestly recommend them to everyone.
