I went on whim for my birthday after taking the afternoon off. I have gotten some incredible facials in my lifetime and feel they are very important in maintaining healthy skin. I was disappointed in the facial at Elite. The technician was sloppy, quick and did not have a good "tableside" mannerism. Definitely not worth the price...well, any price.

What a disappointment Elite Retreat was from the first moment! Our lunch wasn't ordered as promised and was 45 minutes late, no hand or leg massage with the mani/pedi AND the tech was on her cell phone a couple of times, clearly in a hurry. My friend's pedicure looks like a child did it. The owner promised us a discount due to the lunch foul-up but then claimed that only one of us would get it b/c the other two were late (the food was later). When challenged, she walked off and left someone else to handle it. The most unprofessional behavior I have witnessed by someone who should know better! What a joke this "spa" is.

This place ruined my friend's birthday. They FORGOT to have lunch ready for us. Her pedicure was not even up to par with other less expensive nail salons and her nail techs stayed on the phone the hwole time. She was so upset about everything that she canceled her facial and just wanted to go home. Manager was rude and unaccomadating. Place is a joke.

I just moved here from Florida and my husband gave the the Ultimate Package. I had a terrific massage, the facial was one of the most relaxing I've had - as a matter of fact I upgrade to a microdermabrasion and my skin was absolutely glowing. The place is one of the cleanest I've been to and the staff super friendly. I had a fresh cobb salad and fruit for lunch. Highly recommend this!!

My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas and I went on 1/13. I was scheduled for a facial, massage, haircut, mani and pedi. The facilities were clean and they seemed to follow standard health code procedures for cleanliness. Everything was OK while I was there, but it was not very relaxing, and I ended up smudging my mani while they were hustling me from one person to the next (the mani should have been done first or last). My haircut was great and I really like it, and my massage was good, too. My facial, while it was nice feeling there, caused me to break out in the worst breakout of my life. THey might as well have put castor oil on my face! The extractions they did got infected, and my face is just now recovering a week and a half later. I'll go back for a cut, but not for anything else.

My wife went here and was not too impressed. She said they are too expensive for the quality and quantity of the services You can give them a try but she has not gone back
