This is my 3rd experience buying a house, and Elizabeth was by far the best Realtor I have worked with thus far. Although I was able to look for houses for five months, when I found the one I really wanted, we made and offer and successfully closed within 3 weeks. Elizabeth provided solid advice while negotiating, showed confidence throughout the process, and ultimately found me the dream house I wanted for the price I could afford. Without her, I don't think I would be as happy as I am, in the house I absolutely love.

Elizabeth's dedication and commitment to her job is extraordinary. Her late night calls, while also being fully committed to her family, displays her commitment to all her endeavors.

Elizabeth is truly one of the most professional and talented realtors we hav ever met. She went above and beyond our expectations, and she helped us buy and sell our home in record time. She helped us every step of the way, and she made it all seem simple and smooth. Her expert advice was invaluable, and we trusted her completely due to her insight and understanding of the market around us. Our home sold in 2 days. TWO DAYS! This was all due to Elizbeth and her amazing team - the advice, the staging, the marketing,everything worked together to make this happen. She went on to help us find an amazing house that met all our criteria. We can't recommend Elizabeth highly enough. We left Austin and rented our house for a year, and then when our tenant moved out we decided to sell. Elizabeth dealt with everything from start to finish, from getting the place ready to sell, through negotiating with our buyer, right through to having a mobile notary come to us to close. It was great for us to have someone as competent and professional as she is dealing with everything and knowing that she was acting with our best interests at heart. We wouldn't hesitate to ask Elizabeth to represent us again, and we are very grateful to her for making everything seem so easy. Give her a call!

Of all the people involved in the recent sale of my home, Elizabeth was by far the most professional and effective. She's great at communicating everything you need to know while shielding you from the messy details that you'd prefer to not know. She also has a strong team backing her up in terms of marketing, staging, and getting you through the closing process.

Bottom line: the next time I need a realtor in Austin, I'm only going to make one phone call. And I'll sleep well knowing that everything will be taken care of by someone I can unconditionally trust to do a great job and have my best interests at heart.
