Dear Mrs. Mom & Dad, My name is Michelle. I am the community relations director for Elmcroft. I am very upset by the interaction you describe with us. This is nothing like the experience of our residents, families or staff. I am truly shocked and would love to speak with you further about our observations and impressions. I am even wondering if you might have visited a different community and have us confused with some other location. Our activities program covers all range of events and outings. We have 5 different size apts up to 600 sq ft. We have wonderful staff who enjoy their jobs, treat our residents with the utmost kindness and respect. Our staff is our greatest asset bringing us only tremendous pride and confidence in our ability to care for our residents. Ms. McCormick is very quick to respond to any need voiced by a family member or resident. I have only known her to be available, pleasant and accomodating to all. Elmcroft's reputation and consistent high quality of care is well-known in the Roswell community. I can honestly say to the best of my knowledge that we have no unsatisfied customers. I would be happy to make arrangements for you to speak with any of our fine families who have chosen Elmcroft for their own loved one. I cannot imagine anyone visiting our fine community and walking away feeling anything but uplifted and positive about who we are and what Elmcroft represents to the seniors no longer able to live in their own home. Recently moved my mom in to this facility. Great folks there, wonderful care, and not crazy pricey! They have a great eldercare support group and so many activities. They really make their residents feel like home.

I visited many Assisted Living Communities in East Cobb / Roswell before choosing Elmcroft for my Mother. She lived there from Nov. 2004 through Nov. 2006 and really liked it. The Management Staff was always involved in the daily operation, and the caregivers were very friendly and caring. After Mom had only been there a day, they remembered me and could always give me an update by phone when I called (my Mom wasn't able to use a phone). They really go all out in caring for their residents and planning a variety of activities! The facility was always clean, attractive, and very well maintained. At the end, Crossroads Hospice came in to care for my Mom, and she was so happy that she could remain at Elmcroft, surrounded by familiar faces and people who really cared about her. I am so grateful for the care she received at Elmcroft, and I would recommend it to everyone!
