Terry is great! He always gets to us as quickly as possible and fixes the problem at minimal cost. He doesn't do unnecessary work.

I first met Terry over 2 years ago. I called him based on Kudzu reviews and I am glad that I did. I'd had a bigger company out that told me I needed a whole new system (for about $4,000!) Terry came out and explained that the exisiting system (while old) didn't need to be replaced. He fixed me up and didn't overcharge me. I've recommended him to many friends and they have all been pleased. He is fair, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and responsive (even returning my call on a Sunday.)

Terry was awesome! Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. They don't get more friendly, capable, or affordable.

I trusted the reviews and am now a convert to Elrod's. Don't use anyone else, Terry is upstanding, honest, and reliable. Terry answered my call about a broken furnace and had me up and running in no time and then identified some issues with my ductwork which he repaired for me - he's got me heating effectively and evenly throughout the house. Thanks Terry, you have definitely earned my trust and will be my sole provider for HVAC services from now on.

I contacted Terry and he promptly scheduled our appointment. We purchased a home with 3 heat pumps of which none were operating correctly. Terry arrived on time as scheduled and got right to work. Terry was very professional and looked for ways to save us money throughout the repair. All of our units are now performing well and we feel we received great service at a great price! Skip the large advertising firms and go with Elrod heating and cooling. You won't be sorry.
