Jessica was wonderful and the logo looks great. The best part was that she was willing to work with me. This was my first time having embroidery done and she explained the process to me, and not once did she complain about my inconsistency and constant changes. Jessica even gave me a can of home made jam... I would give 6 stars if I could!

A couple months ago I had a little romper monogrammed for a baby shower gift. When I picked it up it was obviously off-centered. When I brought this to the embroiderer's attention, she proceeded to argue with me saying it was the way I was looking at it. I didn't so much mind the fact that she had made an error, I just wanted it fixed. What was bothersome and slightly embarassing was how I was "wrong" for noticing it. The store through which I got this embroidery service was willing to fix the problem and refunded me. I would not use this service again and wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

I apologize that you felt I was arguing with you, that was definitely not my intent. I remember that incident, I believe it was in January of 2010. I was happy to fix it and did so at my cost (not the store). If I'm remembering correctly, your order came right in right in the middle of my transitioning out of that store and that might have been part of the tension that you felt. I am so sorry, it was not directed at you. I am not longer affiliated with that store as I felt I could not provide the level of customer service I enjoy through their facility.
