Bought a sectional approx two weeks ago, was told it was new and when it was delivered 2 days late we found a big hole on the back, call and informed them of this and the said they would out someone to take a look at it, guy heads a few days later looks at it pull out some crazy glue and says as good as new. I laughed an said that's how you repair a 2600 couch. He informed me it was. I called the store a and got the runaround and told to call back in three days when the manager was in. He told me he would swap it out for another one they had on the floor. I said I wanted a new one, he said its only ben on the floor for two days wife said OK, received it cushions are all different firmness snags in it, looks worse than the ten year old couch we replaced and for $2600

Worth a visit, and a real alternative to the 'usual suspects' i.e. the major chains. The emphasis on customer service is obvious. My gut feeling is that this is an honest business in the good old-fashioned sense. Decent people working to deliver real value. And they have stuff you won't see in the cookie cutter chains. If you're planning on going to 3 or 4 different stores to look for stuff, make this one of them. I went all over town before finding what I was looking for here, and at a reasonable price. (For my purchase, I felt I got a very reasonable price indeed). Happy with both product and service.

I recently bought furniture here. They have some ok stuff, but some of the prices were higher than I thought they should be. I made an offer for what I thought the furniture was worth and they were willing to bargain with me until we reached a satisfactory price. I got what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay.

We shopped the location on 35th ave and Thunderbird and got a housefull of furnature (not cheap stuff either) for under 2500.00! We got sofa, loveseat (both with recliners) a chair and a half recliner, a bunk bed set with futon on the bottom, a dresser that matched and a mirror/corkboard that matched with BOTH mattresses and I loved how nice they all are there. The BEST place to go!
