Very pleased with the services I received and appointment availability. Felt like I was dealing with someone honest and above all I feel like I got GREAT! customer service, which is rare these days unfortunately.I would definitely call again if I needed additional services.

We have had Ariel come out to the house a couple times to fix things. He did a great job and didn't charge us for parts or repairs we didn't need like some repairmen wouldólike when our computer monitor started working spontaneously after he took it apart, tested it (everything looked good) and put it back together. He's a really nice guy and honest, and charges a fair price. Where else can you find that these days? He really knows what he's doing and he always took the time to explain to us exactly what the problem was. It's so nice when you find somebody who believes in service and integrity. We recommend Emmett's Fix-it Shop to everybody we know!

Found Arial/Emmett's Fix It on Kudzu. I told him the problem on the phone. He recognized the problem. Came by later that afternoon. Fixed it right there, changing out parts, realigning the convergence, etc. 45 min done. No trip charge just parts/labor. Great work Highly recommend.

When my Samsung TV started acting goofy, I started calling around for prices on a repair. Almost every other place I called said they'd have to come out to look at it, for a fee of course. But when I talked to Ariel at Emmett's Fix It Shop, he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how much it would be to fix. I was so happy to hear that he knew my tv and was reasonably priced, too. Not only did he charge me what I was quoted for the repair(not a penny more!), he cleaned and adjusted another one of my TVs FREE OF CHARGE! Amazing service, great price, nice people. Call Emmett's, you won't be disappointed.

Had him come over to fix 2 tv's. Charged me $125 and didn't fix either one. Called him the same night and got the run around. Ill be over tomorrow to fix what he was there to fix in the first place. And what do you know. Wont call back or respond. Then get an email a week later he is stuck in Great Britain and needs me to send him $1250 to get home. Good luck with that. Poo Poo on you scammer.

i had a great experience with Emmett's fix-it Shop. I got the dreaded "bad capacitor" issue on my Samsung LCD TV, Ariel was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, give me a price estimate (which was spot-on), and was able to fix my TV in no time. He was also very friendly and explained the technical details of what he was doing as he was doing it, which was important to me. He only replaced the parts that were broken, he didn't try to upsell me or sell me parts I didn't need. I would definitely recommend his service to others and will use him again in the future if I need to. I wish he repaired more than just TVs.

I contacted Ariel at Emmett's Fix-it shop about a week ago pertaining to our Sony rear projection big screen that was having convergence issues. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue as well as offer an accurate quote and schedule an appointment for the same day. Ariel was prompt, super nice and efficient! He was able to get the TV back up and running better than before, just as promised, for over $100 less than any competitor! I'd recommend Emmett's Fix-it Shop to anyone!

Called this company to have them come fix what the technician (Ariel) called a very small problem. He came looked at the tv, said it needed a small part because the tv was sparking, which it wasn't sparking before he came and tried to work on it. He won't return any of my phone calls or voicemails. Haven't heard from him since. Very big BS company.

I originally called Emmett's fix it shop to discuss a problem with the picture (there wasn't any) with my 56" Samsung DLP TV. I originally spoke to a really nice gal who put me in touch with Ariel. He and I discussed the problem for 20 minutes without any kind of a charge. The Samsung DLP TV is known to have problems with their digital board. I purchased a board and had Ariel come out and install it. He was really nice to deal with and he knew what he was doing. He showed up right when he said he would. The TV is now up and running great thanks to Ariel and Emmett's fix-it shop He quoted me a very fair price over the phone and that's what I was charged. In my opinion, there is not a better value out there and I know I'll be calling Emmett's again whenever I need anything fixed - Dan Tyson

After another TV-repair company came out, charged their diagnostic fee and said they needed to order a color wheel (only to disappear for a week,) Emmett's was a Godsend. They worked with my schedule and had the part that the other guy spent a week looking for on their shelf. Ariel came and performed the wheel replacement as I had asked and turned out that I had been misdiagnosed. After looking over the TV and sitting through our pleas to have our big Samsung working ASAP after wasting a week with the wrong people, Ariel ordered the parts needed, promised communication wouldn't be an issue, and refused payment for work he'd done, saying he wouldn't collect until the job was done. True to his word, he called as soon as the package was delivered and scheduled our appointment. He even ordered worst-case scenario parts, just so we wouldn't have to wait for another order to ship. Ariel again showed up on-time and worked his magic on the TV, explaining what he was doing and why along the way. He stayed and optimized the settings so my set looked better than new. On top of all the pleasantness and professionalism, the best part of dealing with Emmett's was when he wrote up his invoice and my eyes nearly popped out of my head. Emmett's Fix-it Shop charged a fraction of what the other guys quoted. For second-to-none service at untouchable pricing, call Emmett's Fix-it Shop.

people. A weird noise came out of our Samsung one day and I called Emmet's shop and they could tell me on the phone what it was without even listening to the noise. They asked me about the model number which I didn't know and they could even tell me where it was located. Part got ordered and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. He came on time, very friendly and professional. Took him about 20 minutes to replace the part and even gave us some advice which saved us probably another 200 dollar. So far the best service I had here..thanks very much.
