I had two of my children at Eastside and both times I had C-Sections. They took very good care of me and my babies. The anesthesiologist made me feel so at ease and paid close attention to detail, that I barely felt a thing. He was so caring and comforting during the whole process. The Obstetricians were also great. I believe my recovery was great as a result of their preciseness in surgery. Although my babies were in the room with me, the nurses made sure I had rest and assisted me as much as I needed assistance. I would have another baby there.

I had a rough delivery with my son and received excellent care from the nurses there. Once he was born, I moved into one of the brandnew rooms and had a wonderful experience. The room service food was great too. I do second the ER wait and the insurance complaint as I've had problems with them billing the wrong insurance for past visits. But everything else is stellar

I had complications with my pregnancy and received excellent care. It took a while to be seen, but the staff was wonderful. My only complaint is with the billing department...but don't let that deter you from using this excellent facility.

While the emergency room wait can sometimes be long, the service the nurses, doctors, and other medical personnel give is outstanding! I have been to the hospital several times for different medical problems and I have always been met with caring staff who are guinenly concerned about my health. The hospital rooms are quiet, private, and comfortable. My only complaint is that for the t.v. remote control, there is no "down" button for when you're searching through channels!

Smaller, friendlier, and seems to offer better care than it's competitor in the county. Easy parking, (FREE!), prompt service, no insurance billing problems. More Enlish speaking staff! A plus is that this is part of the Emory network of care!
