My parents who live overseas placed a flower order via FTD website and the order was to be fulfilled by Emory Village Flowers. A rude delivery guy called me at 3:00pm needing directions to my business (we close at 4pm), by 4pm no flowers so I called him and gave him my home address and told him to leave them on my porch - no flowers when I got home. Day two a delivery guy called my work trying to deliver the flowers again, when I told him I was leaving at 4 he said he would just deliver to my home, just got home, no flowers. I would never use this florist, ever.

For our anniversary, I called them to get some flowers delivered to my wife at work. Talked with Janice, who was very nice and professional. She arranged to have a tropical arrangement created and sent. It arrived on time (even with comparatively short notice), and was WONDERFUL! Wife loved it, and her co-workers continued to comment on how lovely and unusual the arrangement was. While it felt just a bit pricey (but I am not up with current fees), I will definitely use them again.

I ordered flowers through an on-line company, and they were delivered to the funeral home through Emory Flowers. The arrangement was much smaller than what was described and pictured on-line, and I had paid for the 'deluxe' upgrade. I'm glad I was there actually see the flowers, so I could ask for a refund (which is still pending).

I ordered a dozen red roses and a balloon for my wife the day before her birthday to be delivered to her work. at 45 minutes before she left for work she got a delivery of a dozen roses and no balloon the day before her birthday. So I called up there to talk to the owner about the mix-up and he said that they would send an additional dozen to make up for it. This was fine except when the driver arrived he tried to take the other dozen and replace them. This was not the agreement so my wife calls them and gets the run around we were not satisfied at all and they REFUSRED to reimburse or even apologize for the mix up. as a result they made my wife cry on her birthday I have told everyone I know and a lot of people say they have had mix ups with them before also.

On Valentine's Day, I received peach roses from a friend of mine. The color was extremely unique, the arrangement was huge, and the flowers lasted a long time and were in great shape. To top it off - the arrangement came very early in the morning.

Charles went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out - in getting an arrangement to an employee. He continually checked with the hospital until the patient was out of ICU so that the arrangement/dish garden could be delivered. If he had left it up to me, I would have gotten "side tracked" and may not have gotten it to our employee in such a timely way.

My In-laws sent me flowers when our baby was born. They ordered them through a florist in Florida, who sent the order to Emory for fulfillment and delivery. The arrangement was nothing comparable to what they thought they were sending. They were quite disappointed.
