Called in the Friday evening with a cooling problem and was able to schedule service for Saturday morning! The office called to let me know the technician was headed my way, service technician Keith arrived and was able to resolve the problem with a new capacitor! Cool and comfortable weekend. Having their plan maintenance is the best! Thanks Empire for providing great service.

I live in Chattanooga, Tn but Martin the owner is a very good friend. Last summer my house never got below 80 degrees in the summer and warmer than 65 degrees in the winter. I needed help, so I asked Martin if he would take a look and give me an estimate. He did a walkdown of the house and the unit. Gave me a detailed report on the recommendations and suggested a local dealer. He said if the local dealer would not do for price he quoted he would send crew from Atlanta. Where that was 7 months ago. Just got my July a/c bill and it was half the power usage than last year and the HOUSE IS A COOL 69 DEGREES. Same results for the winter months. THANKS Martin.

I used Empire to fix a recent AC breakdown. Here's my experience: -- Telephone service and scheduling was good. -- The technician was a bit talkative, but he seemed to be an expert at his job. He solved the problem quickly. He did set a very dirty bag down on a very clean and expensive dining room chair. (The dirt came up) -- The value was average. I thought the charges were a bit high, but then again it is expert service and fixing an AC in Atlanta during the summertime. So I suppose I cannot expect great value. -- The company seems to prefer service calls from people on maintenance plan, so I joined the maintenance plan. -- Overall, a decent company with good people. I would use them again.

Empire is great. We've had their service going 5 years now. The service guys are very punctual, and fix the issue the first time. They take the time to explain what the problem is, and give me options for fixing it. We are on a service plan, have been for five years, and when we have an issue, especially in the summer time, they are out within hours to get us cool again. Thanks Empire!.

This company has been out to my home 3 times to fix the same problem. They charge me a service call each time. They can't seem to fix my furnace and keep on running up expenses. The last time they told me to replace the furnace. MY GOD, the furnace is only 4 years old. Stay away from this company. I had RS Andrews out and they fixed it in one visit and guaranteed there work.

I can't wait to learn the rest of the story as it certainly isn't typical to have multiple calls for a single repair or recommend replacing a reasonably new furnace. Please give me a call at 404-379-3088, or drop us a note with an address so I can look into what happened and resolve this issue for you.
The owner stepped in and made sure that I was refunded money for the story below. I paid $500 to have my furnace blower motor installed which they did backwards. They tried to tell me that my limit switch was bad too. I called another company to come in and fix Empires work which they did.

We work very hard to deliver the best possible service at fair prices and back that service up with a full one year warranty on all repairs. We typically do not pay for service provided by others as requested since on the rare occasion there is a problem with a repair we are called and quickly have the issue resolved. In this case we have made an exception and a credit has been issued. We of course will warranty this repair for a full year.
I am very impressed with how quickly Empire responded. Mac,Empire's technician, provided knowledgeable and effecient service. I am thrilled with the maintenance agreement, and happy to know that in 90 degree weather they will respond very quickly. I highly recommend Empire.

We were very happy with our experience with Empire. They were very honest, professional and were able to come out quickly. We have referred them to all our friends, family and neighbors. It's so wonderful to find such a reliable company.

I called the number for the Atlanta Metro area on Friday July 16th around 7pm. I got an answering service, and I was appalled at how rude they were. I already had a poor experience with the company but thought i would give you another chance. The person on the other line just wanted to know if I had a contract and did not want to know how they could help me. I called Cool Masters in Lawrenceville and they were more than happy to help me, I got a real person with the company and they came out the next morning.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and please accept my apologies on behalf of our answering service. We do reserve our emergency service for our planned maintenance customers in order to provide them with immediate service. Cool Master is an excellent company and I would recommend you sign up for their planned maintenance program in order to get pricing discounts and priority service scheduling.
We recently installed a new heat pump as part of our attic renovation. We sought estimates from several companies and chose Empire. Chris was very professional when he came to take a look and provide a quote. He took the time to answer our questions. The installers were neat, respectful of our home and obviously took pride in their work. After the install, Chris even helped us complete the paperwork for our energy rebates. The equipment works perfectly. Thanks for a job well done, guys.
