The Real Story, 2/19/2009

The customers who have written these negative reviews have absolutely no idea about all the arrangements that have to be made to insure a successful installation in their home, regardless of... product.. Just because a representative has misplaced his paperwork doesn't by any means reflect on the Company, as a whole.\rIt is my guess staff jumped through hoops to make this customer happy when their product wasn't available to them, as expected and their crew had to finish up another project before they could arrive at the new job site. \rJust remember when they're working for you and stay late to give you great service, someone is probably waiting on your project to be finished.\rI wouldn't hesitate giving this Company my business. They are all pros or they wouldn't be on staff of a Nationally recognized Organization.

horrible customer service!, 7/07/2008

This company is terrible!! We had seen their commercial a million and one times so we called them when we wanted to have hardwood flooring put in our stairs and hallway. to start off Jim, one of the... flooring sales people, came out to the house and did the measurements and we picked out the color of the hardwoods we wanted. We then scheduled an appt. with him for installation of our hardwoods and he calls to tell us he has to come out again and do another estimate bc he has lost the piece of paper that all of our measurements were on. We go through the whole process again of choosing a color, type of flooring, etc. and he has to go out to his car twice bc he brings in the wrong samples...Then we schedule an appt to have the flooring done and he says 'his guys' should be in our area at around 8:30am. Around 9:30 am we call and he says they should be here by 11am. by 12pm they are still not here and I call again. One of the people at the call center says the guys are in our area and will be here within the hour. by 1pm I get a call saying that they don't have the proper flooring so they won't be coming at all! we ended up canceling our order and all Jim said was 'sorry, I understand'! what?! I don't reccomend ever doing business with them. I assumed that bc they are corporate that they would at least make an effort to rectify what they messed up but no. They are so unprofessional and unorganized! They get an F from me! yuck!
