I am always able to get the tickets I want through Empire. Of course they are pricy but the experience of seeing your favorite acts up close is worth it.

I've bought many concert tickets from them when I needed good seats. I've always received good customer service but the guys on the phone have gone over and above on multiple occassions. For me, it's all about good service b/c prices are set to a market rate and are negotiable from there.

Time after time these folks hook me up with the seats I want. If you are as picky as I am and you want the best seats availble, there is only one place to go, that's Empire. If there is a particular event you want to attend I suggest contacting them as early as possible. Because I ordered my Super Bowl Tickets in December I saved hundreds of dollars on the similar seats I see listed on their website. I've learned this is a fickle market so buy early and buy often.

I needed Atlanta SUPERCROSS 6 tickets seated together- 2 days before the event. Empire had front row seats in section 234. They were a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, especially if you wait until the last minute like I did. I ordered the tickets at 3pm one day and they were in my hands by 10am the next day-200 miles from Atlanta. Oh yeah, they were nice and respectful to me on the phone.

Empire was a great help in orchestrating visiting friends to the Atlanta area. They were able to give suggested daily schedules and ticket pricing, and had availability at places/shows that I was not able to find elsewhere. I would recomend calling for all your entertaining needs, as they were helpful in referring other vendors where they had gaps in service.
