I fell in love with Susan and Encore while living in ATL. I moved to AL 4 years ago but still come to her for all my clothes, shoes and handbag needs! Well worth the drive for personal service and a great deal!

Be sure to stop by and see what you can find @ Encore. This shop looks more like a boutique with fabulous, gently used, designer clothing. What's more, Susan (the owner) takes the time to help you in your pursuit of a great outfit. Definitely my favorite consignment store in metro Atlanta!

If you didn't know you were looking at consignment goods, you would think you were shoping in an upscale boutique. Everything is nicely displayed, well organized and shows well. There are also new things interspersed with the consignment items. Susan has always been personable and and hands on with her business. I've been going there at least 10 years. Since Susan has owned it, it has improved 10 fold! She also has a great email notifying system that isn't annoying! Items are well priced, especially at the end of the season. Make sure you put this on your list of places to shop!

Encore has a fabulous shop with clothes that are always in excellent condition and up to date fashion. I have been a consignor and a customer with Susan and could not be more pleased. I have acquired shoes, clothes, jewelry, purses. She helps me update what I already have and advises me on the small items that we bring me into the season without breaking the bank. Love her and her shop!

Just want to share my horrible experience... I brought my items into the store in early November. I had never consigned anything before and the owner explained the process to me quite thoroughly. She gave me a reciept (which btw did NOT even list what my items were, or how many I gave her) and then told me that within one week I would recieve a contract (through email) that would let me know what prices she would sell my things. Well, ONE MONTH had passed when I called to find out if she mistakenly had my email incorrect. I was answered with a half-ass explanation of how it "took a while" to get my stuff on the floor and that I would get the email that afternoon. The NEXT afternoon I still had NO email. When I called again to ask when she would send it. I was answer with severe attitude saying "oh, well I didn't do any scanning last night". I then politely asked if she could send it that afternoon and she replied with "I'll try". I immediately drove down to the shop to pick up my items. When I got down there, she notified me that she had already sold one of my items (without a signed contract from me - what if I didn't agree with the price???). She gave me back my three remaining items and then I asked her how I would get paid for the one she sold (only $20.00 was coming my way). She then proceeded to tell me that she "only cuts checks for $25.00 or higher)"...Sooooo, I am out of luck? There are better places out there that actually care about your business!
