unprofessional and nasty
I made arrangements for Lisa to recover a piece of furniture that my cats had shredded. She came to my house to pick up the furniture and got very nasty because she said that the furniture had been urinated on (it hadn't been). She has every right to refuse to do a job, but her conduct was unprofessional. If the items had been in perfect condition, I wouldn't have needed them to be redone.

We regret that we were not able to help this couple. The furniture requested to be upholstered had a very strong odor. To protect our other client's fabrics and furnishings that are in our studio, we do not provide upholstery service for furnishings that have odors which can possibly permeate our other clients projects. Our communication with this client was professional from the moment of contact and again, we are very sorry we could not satisfy this potential client.
