Encore Tickets

I ordered 3 nascar tickets in Aug for a November Race. 15 days before the race I get a phone call saying that tickets I ordered are not available and I would have to be in a different section. I had no choice but to accept those but I am pissed! They have no customer service and I didnt even get an apoligy. Never again will I use this company and I will comment on every review board possible so no one else has to go through the stress I have gone through with them!!

We ordered Rush tickets online, paid with a credit card, received a confirmation and waited for tix to arrive in the mail. Except, they didn't. When we called, they said they "lost" our order then offered different seats at more than twice the price we thought we paid. Thanks for a great 20th anniversary gift, Encore! (They removed the charge apparently, but that still doesn't get us tickets. You can't trust them.

I always go here to get tickets to sold out events. They have good prices, are easy to deal with, and always have tickets.

Good service - have used them a few times. Decent prices and good ticket availability.
