I cannot say enough good things about Endodontics of Atlanta! Dr. Waters performed my root canal, explained everything very carefully, and once he began the procedure, in an abundance of caution, he determined that it needed to be done in two separate visits, which I appreciated. The price is the same whether or not it is completed at one time or in two sessions. Mallory assisted during the first visit, and Patreese assisted during the second visit. They both were super people, and obviously very good at what they do. The entire experience was painless, and everyone made me feel totally at ease, which is no small feat, as I have a longstanding fear of dentists and almost had a heart attack when my dentist told that I needed a root canal -- the first I had ever had, at age 61. When I went back to my dentist, I thanked him profusely for referring me to Endodontics of Atlanta. He had told me they were very good, but that was an understatement. The people I work with knew how much I had dreaded going to have the root canal. They were very surprised afterwards when I kept raving about what a good experience I had! Dr. Waters even had me laughing half the time I was there. From the moment I called to make the initial appointment, to the follow-up call after the procedure was complete, my experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Waters and his staff for anyone needing endodontic care.

After experiencing tooth pain for months, I received a referral for a root canal at Endodontics of Atlanta. Like other reviewers, I have nothing but great things to say about the level of warmth and professionalism shown by the staff. Everything administrative was explained thoroughly and as far in advance as possible, and the electronic appointment reminders were a nice bonus. Because I'd had pain in my tooth for so long, as well as a few extremely unpleasant dental appointments with a previous dentist, to say I was nervous would be an understatement. At my first appointment Dr Waters put me at ease, making sure I was totally numb and fully aware of the steps he planned to take that day before he so much as removed the crown. He wasn't condescending and didn't act annoyed at my nervousness--just assured me that he would do whatever possible to avoid causing me pain. He succeeded, and I had no pain at all during either procedure (my tooth required two visits). I am now happily chewing--without pain!--on the right side of my mouth for the first time in over six months! While I really hope I don't need another root canal anytime soon, if I ever do, I will ask to be referred to Dr Waters again.

I have seen Dr. Waters several times for root canals & one surgery. He is kind & sensitive to your needs & constantly checks on you. His staff is the utmost professional and do their very best to fit you in. For example, I am having trouble w/an old root canal & my dentist office called them yesterday & asked them to please get me in and they did, even though they had no availability. That is incredible customer service. I look forward to seeing them today at 3 & sad b/c I am moving to the beach in 2 weeks. I doubt I will find another top notch office like this one. Wish me luck!
