This is a good company. The windows made my home more comfortable and energy efficient. You certainly can get cheaper windows, but the quality and u-factor will be no where near the Energy Exterior windows. These windows also qualify for the Federal Energy Tax Credit. Not all energy Star windows are good enough to qualify. President Obama paid for 30% of my windows. I found the customer service at Energy Exteriors to be polite, quick, and responsive. Several of my neighbors also have windows from Energy Exteriors and have had only good things to say about the company. I certainly am happy.

The windows are nice, but you can get comparable quality for less money. They really sell you on their customer service, which is none once you've paid them. They installed the wrong windows in our loft, and we have to have a ladder there just to open and close them. They won't do anything about it! We are going elsewhere for the rest of our windows!

Energy Exteriors is a HARASSING COMPANY. After numerous calls, we requested to be removed from all calling lists. Not only do they continue to call, but they call every week. Now they call, let the phone ring once or twice and then they hang up. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES!
