When I used Enterprise a couple months ago, I didn't have a very good experience. When I went to pick up the rental, they requested a lot of documentation that was not mentioned on there website. I was dropped off at enterprise be a friend. So, I was put in a very tight spot. Luckily, I was able to get a cab home and back to enterprise before the closed. But, if Enterprise made it clear on there website when I booked the car I would have brought these documents and saved the expensive cab fair and aggravation. The Enterprise employee that inspected the car after it was turned was generally rude and stated drilling us as to why we didn't fill up the tank. Interestingly enough, I informed him before he started the inspection that the tank was not full and that I would be happy to pay their fees for the gas. But, I do have to say that we where very happy with the vehicle - a Dodge Charger. I was expecting a Ford focus of something similar.
