I rent cars quite often and have been renting from the various companies at different times. Enterprise locations seem to be the most different from location (I guess it depends on that store's management) This store is usually on time when it comes to picking me up and usually has the car ready to go. Definately, check online rates before renting, because sometimes they are significantly cheaper. On the other hand, when I have rented on weekends, I have gotten some killer deals from dealing directly with their local personnel.

I have rented twice so far from this Enterprise location and my experiences were ok. One associate, Joel, is very nice and makes up for the others' seemingly endless apathy. The first car I rented smelled weird but was otherwise hassle free. The second time I asked to be picked up and they put me off for 4 hours promising to call back and never called. I finally had to be firm and insist that someone come get me and finally they did, but it was a little ridiculous. (the female secretary apparently was not passing any of my messages alongsheesh) Joel helped me out this time and was wonderful to deal with and even upgraded me when the car I had reserved was no longer available. I will probably use this company again in the future.

I rent cars all the time for my buisness, Enterprise never has the car ready I always end up waiting for "another" car and when i get it its never clean!

They go the extra mile literally. If there is a breakdown they will come with a replacement car. They are reasonably priced and have a lot of weekend specials
