Envoy Mortgage

To clarify the earlier comment made by(DrPertree), yes we are customers of yours. We had a construction loan through a different lender that we had to continue to extend until we could close with Envoy. I am looking forward to the day to refinance with another mortgage company.

Took several months to close. Was told I had a 4.375% rate, but at closing, changed it to 5%. Had to extend my construction loan so many times, the banker started laughing about it. I couldn't have had a worse experience overall. They promised the world, but delievered headaches.

Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were already nervous about the whole process. After meeting with a previous lender and getting "everything we needed" we found a home and started the process. Our lender was just awful, she had verbally told us things, then when the paperwork came through it was all different. After scheduling and canceling the closing 4 time due to paperwork/underwriting issues and much more aggravation we walked away from them. Luckily, through our builder, we found Richard Woodward and Jan Halfacre at Envoy Mortgage. After 1 phone call, where we explained everything that had happened and what we went through, Richard instantly put us at ease. He took the time to explain everything properly and thoroughly. He got everything he would need from the start, helped us and advised us on the things we couldn't understand. That same evening Jan called us to start putting paperwork together, after hearing what happened with us she also did everything to get things done as quickly as possible, she even offered to work late if we needed more time to get things to her. We closed in less than 2 weeks after starting the process with Envoy. They made it simple for us, we felt really comfortable during the whole time, and they genuinely cared. I cannot thank them enough for getting us into our first home. I would recommend Richard to anyone. Thank You again for everything!
