Waste of Time
I scheduled an estimate. It initially seemed like a very professional operation. However, I soon discovered that was a lie. I received a call from a guy saying he couldn't make the scheduled appointment. He had me reschedule on the spot, and I did so based on HIS availability. The day before, I get a phone call saying that they needed to reschedule AGAIN. I rescheduled. Just before that appointment, I received another call to reschedule AGAIN. On the morning of the appointment, I get a call from a guy saying he was not going to make it and he wanted to reschedule again. He then proceeds to tell me that before he comes to my home, I should know that there is a $500 minimum on a job. As many times as I talked to persons leading up to this date, no one mentioned this. However, it wasn't an issue. I told him this. He then starts to ask how big the space is and what I wanted done. Is this not what the estimate is for??? He made it clear he just did not want to come. They won't get my business and I suggest you don't waste your time.
