Eroglen came highly recommended, but their performance was awful. Perhaps a crafsman before but our experience was no where near that level. When they showed up to work it was mostly around one in the afternoon and only worked a few hours and called it a day. Also damaged brand new hardwood floors not a week old, damaged new wood stair treads by dropping tools. Failed to get the floors and treads repaired, so many calls were made to them to get the repairs made, they just didnt call back. Did not pay them 100% due to this, would NOT reccomend them at all. Did not finish all the work they were hired to do, took over two months for a one week job.

pardon but Eroglen did not take 2 months, we waited 2 months with materials on the job for this homeowners flooring contractor to do their job. Sadly handrails to take some setting time and you cant blow through them in 2 days. Eroglen offered to repair the 2 very small nicks in the floor and homeowner declined, wanted the flooring installer to do the repairs, which they would not do. yes there was a damaged tread and yes it took 2 weeks to find the supplier for it since that was also done by the flooring contractor, after spending 120.00 for a rosewood tread the home owner refused to have it installed. I did note that there was no mention of the handrail that Eroglen was the contractor for, just flooring issues that was not what Eroglen did. Eroglen has been in buisness for over 30 years, and never had a review like this, guess we got tarred with the flooring contractors brush!
