If I could give no stars I would. This is my first and last time. I gave them my mattress topper to clean and when I went back to pick it up instead of it begin flat it was balls of fabric. I was told that I needed to go home and beat it with a tennis racket if I wanted it flat. I gave it to them flat and got it back lumpy. I could have washed it in my machine and had those results.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff are exceptionally friendly, remember little details like they were family, and every article I've had cleaned has been perfect. I can't speak highly enough of this business.

I bought 3 Groupons worth $90, as I have lost over 100 lbs and need to have my favorite shirts altered. The owner stated that the seamstress has received too many Groupons and will no longer accept them!

I just moved to this town and this is one of the decent looking cleaners from outside so I decided to take my clothes to this cleaner. The prices are higher than other cleaners so I asked the owner why is that, she explained me that these machines are environmental friendly and quality of our work is excellent. When I went to pick up my clothes after 2 days, the quality of the cleaning isn't any different than any other cleaner but even worse. The shirts aren't pressed properly, you can see lots of crease on the sleeves close to cuffs. The owner didn't want to hear this and told me that if you go to any other cleaners, it's the same. So, when you go to drop off your clothes, they will talk to you very sweet because they want your money but when you tell them that their quality sucks, they start comparing this cleaner to any other cleaners. It's very unprofessional.

I have taken services from many cleaners but never seen something like this cleaner where quality is 0 for dry clean or laundry. Customer service is also not good, they do not know how to treat or welcome the customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone, I would rather drive a little further in this high gas price than going to this cleaner.

I got some shirts done in this cleaner and the quality of press is very poor. You will see some crease in sleeves and wrong temperature is used on cuffs and collar which makes white marks on them. This cleaner charges more than the average price in town and still has this kind of quality. I got so many of my shirts ruined because of this, I would never go to this cleaner again.

These people are claiming to dry clean but in reality they are washing clothes. Customer service is very poor and the owner doesn't know how to speak to her own customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get my curtains dry cleaned and when I came back home to install the curtains after picking them up from this dry cleaners the curtains shrunk!! They are shrunk 4-5 inches from the floor and it looks really ugly in my living room. I called to let the business owner know of the situation and she is hardly available to speak to because she was on vacation (she could have got a backup to resolve such issues while she is gone out for vacation!). I finally got to talk to her after 1 week and she told me that she has to discuss this matter with her partener and she will get back to me on Saturday. She never called back on Saturday so I gave her a call back on Monday after waiting the whole Saturday (at this time, my house is without curtains for 2 weeks!). She wasn't ready to accept the fact that it's her mistake of getting these curtains shrunk. She keeps saying I am in the business for 10 years and I get this kind of issues all the time (I surely believe it because she is probably messing up all the clothes in her store). I told her if you are in the business for 10 years and you should know the answer to this: If something is dry cleaned then is it possible for the fabric to shrink. She took this very offensive way and she said that I am expecting free stuff from every where and hung up the phone! I would never recommend this place to any one. Very unprofessional and don't know how to talk to her customers!!

Have been going to this cleaners ever since I moved into the Norcross area. I have experimented at 4-5 cleaners in the area but have found that Esquire is by far the best in terms of turn around time, quality and satisfaction. The cleaners is run by the owner Jay, who is just a pleasure to talk to and has come through for me and my family in countless emergency situations. As an added plus Esquire is very environmentally sound as it recycles hangers and uses only non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals. I would recommend Esquire to any family looking for a steady reliable cleaners to go to.

I showed the owner the stains on wool pants and she told me that she would take care of it. When I picked it up and got home, I found out that those stains became big holes. I went back to store right away and was told that those stains were small holes. They didn't check it before they put it in machine, so those holes became bigger. I am not happy with it. First, they are dishonest. Nobody told me that when I picked it up. Those holes are so obvious that they should see them after the pants were taken out from the machine. Second, I think that they are in this business and they should know how to take care of each item. The excuse given by the owner is that there are so many clothes that they won't check each item before putting them in machine. It is awful! I won't have service at this place anymore.

The first time I visited Esquire Cleaners they returned my clothes looking perfectly new. They use a non toxic chemical to clean all clothes so you can never really smell any chemicals. I also wear a lot of silk clothing that is delicate which they know exactly how to handle. The owner and staff is also a pleasure to talk to.

I have worked and traveled around the U.S for 10 years now and I have experienced probably 50+ Dry Cleaners. I must say I have had the greatest experience with Esquire Cleaners (Norcross). Their friendly staff and expert cleaning have always kept me happy. All thier cleaning is completed next day and they are always willing to keep a garment a couple more days until a stain comes out. I would recommend them any day.

I dropped off a comforter at 9am on Friday morning and was told it would be ready after 2pm the next day. I made the trip back and the comforter was on the floor not cleaned. No excuse or apology given. I had to make another trip back on Monday to pick it up. Still no excuse or apology. This is an example of extremely poor customer service.
