I KNOW MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE AND I HAVE WATCHED LENNY GROW OLD AND LOSE ALL HIS HAIR ( SORRY LEN HA HA ) BUT SERIOUSLY ITS A GREAT PLACE TO BUY TIRES AND GET ANY PROBLEMS WITH VIBRATIONS STEERING AND LEAKS TAKEN CARE OF. IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE I HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR ANY SERVICE TO CORRECT A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT I HAVE PURCHASED THERE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THIS IS A BUSINESS YOU CAN TRUST TO TAKE CARE OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

Good Tires. Disappointed in problem solving. I had a disagreement with the sales clerk. Instead of trying to get to the bottom of the issue, the owner basically told me to go somewhere else. I know he wanted to stick up for his employee, but his customer's pays his bills and should be given a little consideration. Maybe it is true that the customer is NEVER right. I'm not sure if I will go back to Essey's , I don't trust the service there now which is a shame since we have purchased a few set of tires.
