We sell high efficient AC and heating systems and use Puron (R-410A) refrigerant in our air conditioning equipment, which unlike many haloalkane refrigerants, doesn't contribute to ozone depletion. Met with the Estes salesman(Chase)on Monday of this week. He went through my home examining my current configuration and quoted me on what I asked for and what he suggested. He explained the... differences and options for the two different systems and answered all of my questions at the time. After leaving, other questions came to mind and were answered with a simple phone call. After reviewing the 5 quotes I received from other companies, I awarded the job to Estes. The quote from Estes was not the cheapest that I had received, however I felt that I would get value for my dollar in the long run. The install date was set and I received a call the day before informing me when the install crew would be out. The following morning, the install crew consisting of David and Ryan arrived as promised, introduced themselves, looked over the job to be done and proceeded the installation with their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. They only encountered one minor problem which they quickly overcame with the support of the Estes home base. Approximately 5 1/2 hours after pulling into my driveway, they had removed my old equipment, replaced it with a Infinity System, gave me basic instructions on how the equipment works, and left my home in as good if not better shape then they had found it. Ryan and David are a credit to the Estes company. Seeing how this is my first piece of Carrier equipment in my home, the verdict is still out on that issue. So far, so good. Yesterday Josh B and Marcus E replaced our 15 year old system. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and for the next eight hours they did not stop. After completion our home... was cleaned and the new system was explained..what professionals. Today, Michael Eagle and Philip Kebe sealed and added insulation to our attic. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do. About seven hours later the job was completed. Again totally professional. From my first dealing ever with Estes through completion, I can not say enough positive about the company and their personnel and quality of work. I am so thankful that Estes has a 24/7 hotline. I noticed my heater was not pumping out hot air when I got home from work but this particular night I did not get home until 7:30pm. I turned the heat higher and to give the house some time to warm up. No such luck. I called Estes and talked to a live person at 9:36pm. I got a call from a technician 10 minutes later after I got off the phone with the hotline receptionist at 9:48pm. The tech was at my house in 40 minutes and done by 11:30pm. It was worth every penny. The tech (Joe) was super nice and explained everything to me and how to maintain my furnace. Will definitely use them again and refer them to others.
I called Estes for routine service and maintenance. The tech, Evan, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided a detailed assessment of my system and offered very helpful advice. Great job! Highly recommended.
Estes installed a complete HVAC replacement unit for me and I have been very happy with the service and profession way they installed my HVAC unit. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. Great job.

Evan called ahead and arrived on time. Provided courteous, professional service. From spring inspection he knew to bring transformer for humidifier. Upon further inspection determined need to replace igniter. Also replaced system filter plus water panel for humidifier. Before he left, Evan also explained in detail operation of system and how to ensure maximum efficiency and operation. Highly recommend Estes. Always great service.
The yearly service plan seems like a good idea and value; however, please be aware that inspections are scheduled around two months from the time you call to get an appointment. Update: They called me with a cancellation and were able to schedule me sooner.

My Estes Service Technician inspected my furnace and found a suspicious looking area on the fire box and reported it to me and the service department. My furnace needed hospice. Quickly a senior inspector validated the need to replace the unit to keep my family safe. Within a week a new furnace was sized and installed making my home ready for the winter season.
Overall we were very happy with the service. Our AC broke down and they provided us with a great price and with good service
