Met with the Estes salesman(Chase)on Monday of this week. He went through my home examining my current configuration and quoted me on what I asked for and what he suggested. He explained the... differences and options for the two different systems and answered all of my questions at the time. After leaving, other questions came to mind and were answered with a simple phone call. After reviewing the 5 quotes I received from other companies, I awarded the job to Estes. The quote from Estes was not the cheapest that I had received, however I felt that I would get value for my dollar in the long run. The install date was set and I received a call the day before informing me when the install crew would be out. The following morning, the install crew consisting of David and Ryan arrived as promised, introduced themselves, looked over the job to be done and proceeded the installation with their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. They only encountered one minor problem which they quickly overcame with the support of the Estes home base. Approximately 5 1/2 hours after pulling into my driveway, they had removed my old equipment, replaced it with a Infinity System, gave me basic instructions on how the equipment works, and left my home in as good if not better shape then they had found it. Ryan and David are a credit to the Estes company. Seeing how this is my first piece of Carrier equipment in my home, the verdict is still out on that issue. So far, so good. Yesterday Josh B and Marcus E replaced our 15 year old system. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and for the next eight hours they did not stop. After completion our home... was cleaned and the new system was explained..what professionals. Today, Michael Eagle and Philip Kebe sealed and added insulation to our attic. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do. About seven hours later the job was completed. Again totally professional. From my first dealing ever with Estes through completion, I can not say enough positive about the company and their personnel and quality of work. Was pleased with the end result of an entirely new unit after it stopped completely during summer's end. The employees were most helpful from the sales staff, office, job supervisor, plumber and technicians.
We use Estes for Heating and plumbing. They are great. If there is a problem we can always depend on them. Quality work and reasonable rates. The service guys are polite and helpful.
I've been using Estes for several years. They've come out for emergencies and non-emergencies. They've installed new HVAC, water heater and have repaired plumbing problems. I'm a retired woman in my 60's and I wouldn't know a condenser from a conductor so I have to trust what they tell me. I have never felt they were anything but honest with me and they've just taken care of me when I needed them to. Good people, and I'll be staying with them as long as they continue to provide such expertise and honesty. The administrative people I've always dealt with are truly kind and professional too.
Just a quick note to say that Estes is a company that you can trust for quality and service. I have used them for heating and a/c service on several properties in Roswell, GA. They have also been the company I have chosen to install new heating and a/c systems at both properties. You will never go wrong with choosing them for your needs.
They installed an entirely new HVAC system in my home a little over 3 years ago, and have been doing the semi-annual checkups on it ever since. I'm extremely happy with their level of quality, service, and professionalism. They're not the cheapest out there, but well worth the little extra you pay. Highly recommended.
I retired from the daily grind in 1999 and then did some contract work to finish out my tenure until 2001. During this interim period prior to shutting down I had Estes Heating & Air install a new Heating and Air Conditioning system. Since then their service and maintenance personnel have been servicing that system twice each year and are ready at any time between those service trips to jump onto any need that may arise.
Estes is simply the best!!!! We have been using them for the last five years and they are very reliable and their technicians are top notch. Really cant say enough goo things about Estes!!!

We have high standards and expectations and it hasn't been easy finding the right/best folks to handle our home upgrades and maintenance. Finally, we have found a company that delivers what they promise. We first used Estes in 2011 for a total replacement of our heating and air conditioning system + weatherization, etc. Our monthly bills dropped by 48% immediately. Very professional, neat, clean and thorough. We have been so pleased we use them exclusively for plumbing, electric and heating & air jobs and maintenance. Can recommend Estes without reservation!
The work that Estes has performed for me has been at the highest level of professionalism. The staff were professional and arrived in a timely manner.
This July when our air conditioning computer and wiring caught fire and burned up, we called Estes. Evan came out and quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. Throughout the process, Evan communicated very clearly what was wrong and how he planned to correct it. Evan worked with management at Estes to make sure the manufacturer covered the parts they were responsible for, and efficiently repaired our system. It's never run better! I wouldn't want anyone else working on our system. I hold my own A/C certification and used to do it for a living, so I know quality work and knowledge when I see it. Evan is tops in my book. Paul has been out several times to help us w/ maintenance issues. He has always been thorough, explaining what he has done to fix the issue at hand, and a great professional to deal with.
It sounds like Estes is genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. And that has been my mother's experience for the last twenty years. Hopefully the current issue can be resolved soon. She has been without heat since Friday (four days and counting). The weather is turning cold and she is a frail 83 year old lady who does not tolerate lower temperatures well. I am going to take this up with the management in the morning and will come back to update this review and my rating. Let's see if Estes meet their #1 goal, complete customer satisfaction. Next day: The heating unit was fixed by Estes this afternoon. I spoke to the customer service manager and the service manager and both were very helpful. All companies make mistakes now and then. Estes was able to fix this one within a reasonable amount of time. Their technician even came out of Sunday and did not charge for the service call. I have to give an average rating on quality because it is hard to understand why a unit would break down the first time it was turned on.
