Don't go. At first they were very understanding because I have severe anxiety... and I mean SEVERE. They offered to do conscious sedation which I thought was great. The day I had my appointment everything seemed to go well, until I found out they didn't actually do what they said they were doing. ALSO the most disappointing thing was that my fiancee' was shuffled off into the waiting room when we were told we'd have an hour together so I could stay calm. She told the staff that she was here if I needed her then when having a panic attack mid appointment (with meds) they then told her there was nothing they could do. I don't know if they are just ignorant or homophobic, but I would never go there. The final straw came when my fiancee' heard the dentist and dental hygienist talking about me while was under sedation. This was not only rude but completely disrespectful. I had gone previously and explained everything to her and yet they refuse to believe me AND then talk about me while I'm sedated? They don't treat patients with respect. Never again will I go there.

My son and I use this facility as we both have MediCal. It was difficult to find a dental group that would take it. The office is very clean and they have a lot of high tech equipment. I also asked them about some of their rates if we would have to pay out of pocket and their rates are very good.
