Capable, thorough and priced right, 4/05/2012

These guys are great! My wife's bimmer, daughter's Honda, my GMC pickup. You can trust them for a great job, priced right. These guys respect your time, your budget and women. I'm sold on the... service and the value. Jon Vershure is an excellent tech -- his analytical skills and terific work leaving our vehicles fixed right the first time and never any evidence of work being done. Viola! You won't regret doing business here.

In response to "SHADY DEALINGS", 6/17/2011

In response to the review entitled "Shady Dealings" i spoke with the owner and he does not remember this instance. Also we currently do not have an "Oil Change Deal" out there. There is a buisness in... Roswell that is using our name that does have a deal on a website. I have received multiple calls asking if it is us which it is not.We are located on Lower Roswell Rd near Johnson Ferry not in Roswell on Alpharetta Hwy.Eurocar on Lower Roswell has been in buisness for 20 yrs and we pride ourselves on being fair and honest with everyone.

Shady dealings

I took my Toyota last week for an oil change deal. The owner of the company told me my front brakes needed to be changed. I pointed out, upon viewing them, that the outside pad still had 40% on it. He then claimed that the inside pad was completely gone, and that if I let it go I would lose the caliper too. I didn't look real close at that moment, because I didn't expect him to be lying to me, but I am not stupid. I went to change the brakes pads out myself and found out quickly that the inside pad also had 40% left on it. The owner straight up lied to me. Be careful with the shady dealings here.

Great People - Thank You

These guys are awesome. I took my BMW to have the oil changed at a quick lube shop. The quick lube shop stripped the oil drain plug and oil was leaking from my drain pan. After several visits back to the quick lube shop, I took my car to Eurocar. Eurocar immediately inspected the car and found the problem. They then called the quick lube shop and told them the problem and told the quick lube shop they needed to pay for Eurocar to fix the car. Because of this call, the quick lube shop agreed to pay for the fix and Eurocar had my car fixed the next day. Eurocar even took me to the car rental place to pick up a rental car. They went way out of their way to help me. I then find out Eurocar charges less for oil changes than the quick lube shop. Quick lube no more my car will always go to Eurocar. Thanks guys.

A Customer for Life

I had the engine replaced in my 1999 Jeep Wrangler by Eurocar in April 2009. After the replacement I started a job with a 102 mile roundtrip commute. My Jeep has run like a charm. Eurocar did an outstanding job on my Wrangler. I am very satisfied and will return to Eurocar anytime I need a repair. Great service, great value and great mechanics!

Competent and Honest

I took my Audi in for an electrical problem. Eurocar did a great job diagnosing the problem and describing it and repair options in detail (at a very reasonable price). I did not fix the car due to cost, but Eurocar's estimate was significanly less than the dealer estimate. I will never buy another Audi, but Eurocar now repairs most makes of cars, including Japanese, and I will be bringing my other vehicles there going forward.

Questionable diagnoses

Read this and form your own opinion. Like with medical diagnoses, sometimes it pays to get more then one. In this case I had an oily smell in my car. I took it to Eurocar to get an estimate to get it resolved. After a thorough inspection I was told that the repair would run around $2300. I ended up taking the car to another repair facially and they performed the repair for $1000. I can not comment on the quality of Eurocar or the other aspects of their business, nor do I know if they would have changed their final cost should they have done the work, but I did find a $1300 difference in diagnoses to be somewhat scary, since you depend on your mechanics opinion.

Highly Recommended!

I recently took my Audi TT Quattro Roadster in for the 105k service. The service was completed in a prompt manor as well as the pricing was very fair and competitive which saved me $1000.00 compared to the dealers quote. You cant go wrong with these guys... They truly go above and beyond to take care of the customers and the car! I recommend them and will be using them in the future!

Disappointed

Had my BMW in just before Thanksgiving holidays for regular service. Work done was fine, but when I drove the car home I found out I had no coolant. It appeared the coolant reservior had been cracked during repairs. Since it was dangerous to drive it back, I had a local mechanic replace the reservior to the tune of $200. Eurocar's work on the items they fixed was fine, but the experience was not.

EuroCar is the Only Place for My Two Cars

I've been taking my two cars to EuroCar for several years now and I won't take them anywhere else. The pre-purchase review they did on one of my cars literally saved me $5000 (I still purchased the car, but James called the dealer directly and talked to a friend of his that works there, asking him how something like 'that' could be missed in their used-car tune up. Dealer fixed the issue prior to purchase). There have been more than two occassions where they would not accept payment from me for two very small issues that I simply didn't know how to fix. Now I'm VERY happy to pay them for the larger issues that my cars require. Honesty, integrity and work that doesn't require 3 follow-up visits. James and EuroCar are fantastic!

Great shop for european cars

I attempted to replace timing belt on my VW Passat by myself. Next thing you know, after some horrific sounds from engine, barely made it to Eurocar. These guys did a great job fixing my attempted timing belt replacement. Quick turnaround and excellent service.

Fast Fair Honest

These guys are helpful on every possible level - they explain what is wrong - and your options to fix it. they saved me close to $2500 on a repair that baffled the dealer - they were aware of the issue - it was common to BMW - it was known to Eurocar and they fixed it for what felt like free - by the time they were done. These are my go to guys for my BMW from now on. Brilliant - Use them. tell your friends.

Exceptional

James and the folks at Eurocar have taken care of any problems I've had with my 99 BMW 528i and would highly recommend them. Their rates are very competitive on a vehicle that can have high repair bills. Service is always very timely.
